Not just for bathroom safety.
I like to think outside the box. I did not get this to use in my bathroom, but to use at the top of my stairs to give that extra little umph to get to the top step. I have 17 steps to get to my upstairs and getting to the top can sometimes take everything out of me. This has helped me keep my stability once I get to the top and I don’t feel as nervous about falling backward. Everything you need is inside to bolt it to your wall, but I would definitely suggest finding at least one stud. If not, I just never trust the anchors they send. If you can’t find a stud, I would then suggest to get a larger anchor that will hold in the wall better. I only speak from experience. All in all, this is a great addition that I’m glad I decided to do, because you can never be too safe. It looks great, it compliments my decor (gray shades), and it makes me feel better knowing it’s there. Priced fairly well at $27.

Missing parts
Functions as intended, easy to install. However, all the screws were missing from the packaging. I suspect they fell out as the packaging box was open on the side by design.

Good quality grab bar
This is a nice looking grab bar that seems to be made of quality stainless steel, and while it is lightweight, it is sturdy. That said, any grab bar is only as safe as its installation: be sure to anchor it securely. I recommend not using the anchors that are provided, but buy some that are appropriate for your situation; investigating this is time well spent. The grip has a slightly rough surface to help your hand not slide on it when wet. As for the value, you’ll have to compare and decide for yourself. But having grab bars in the bathroom, especially the shower or bath area, is always a good idea.

Can also be used as a grab bar for a basement stairwell where there isn’t room for a handrail!
We didn’t need a grab bar for the bathroom, but we needed one for the basement stairwell (see photos). We used our own screws that were a little bit shorter so they wouldn’t go all the way through the beam and out the other side a tiny bit. However, if we didn’t have other screws, those would’ve worked fine, we just would’ve had to have been cognizant that the tips would’ve come out the other side of the beam a tiny bit. There was a little zip bag with the screws and anchors that was tethered to the bar with a twist tie, and there was an instruction booklet folded up inside that explains how to install it. It was pretty straightforward (see photo)This could probably also be used as a strong towel bar for a hand towel folded in half (I took a photo for demonstration purposes; see photo). If we’re being particular (sometimes I feel I’m a little OCD) I felt like the squares weren’t precisely squared (you can look at the photos and form your own conclusion) so I don’t know if I would want to use it as a towel bar, but it could be used as one.We used a little level on the bar itself before we put the screws in, so the bar should be level even if it looks a hair crooked.Overall, we were pleased with the product. Hope this info helps.

Functional. Easy to install. End plates were not welded on straight.
These grab bars are functional, nice looking and easy to install. However, the end plates where the screws attach the bar to the wall were not welded on straight, so they look crooked when installed.

Safety Never Looked This Good! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love that this grab bar manages to be both functional and stylish. The square design feels modern — not bulky or clinical like most options — and the anti-slip texture gives you a secure grip, even with wet hands. Installation was super straightforward, and it feels incredibly sturdy once mounted. It’s the perfect blend of form and function — peace of mind with a polished look.

Excellent secure grab bar, very convenient length
This 9″ grab bar is the perfect size and has a safe load rating to mount vertically to front and back doors, both inside and outside. Mounting the bar vertically next to an entry and/or exit door allows help in getting an extra boost to get up that last step over a threshold, and on to the first transition step heading outside. Of course, the bar is a convenient short size for any other location where a shorter length sturdy, reliable grab bar is needed to feel safe while standing, siting down, or passing through. Grab bars also serve as excellent towel bars in kitchens and bathrooms, when they aren’t being grabbed.
