helpful for shoulder pain
This is a good product, well-made, shape is nice and helped to relief my shoulder and neck pain. it is heavy, although I think that helps. It designed for a medium sized person, so a little big for me, but still useful. It cannot be heated, used only cold.

The picture online shows the ice pack coming almost all the way around the neck but it only covers the back . I ordered it specifically because it did cover most of the neck , that’s what I need . Thinking about returning it .

Stands up taller on the neck than any other I’ve tried.Goes way down the back too.Stays ice cold for longer than any others. Very thick. Excellent long last strength to fall asleep to when your neck is screaming too loud.

It is written “hot/cold” on the pack and that is why I purchased it. Even in the product details it is written that it can be used for hot by microwaving it but in the instructions leaflet it’s written “cant be heated by microwave” this is very disappointing. Request the seller to clarify this. I have headache issues and I wanted a hot pack

Absolutely perfect product.Not cheap to buy, hope it’s gonna last for a long time cuz i rrrrealllly love this product. Very well made, strong plastic but still flexible. one side is velvet. It’s fold properly enough to not take too much space in the freezer. I can fold it to fit in a large ziploc bag….to keep it from getting dirty in the freezer. I recommend this product, heally help with my neck and shoulder pain. love the 2 button at front to keep things in place and tight around the neck to actually have the ice effect. Have not used it for heat. I love how low it goes in the shoulderblades.

This gel pack is amazing! I need a hot and cold pack for pain issues and this one is perfect! It has a great weight to it so it stays firmly in place and has extra tabs with snaps to secure it around your neck and across your shoulders securely. The first thing I did was heat it up in the microwave and I felt instant relief of pain! Just make sure you lay it flat in your microwave so it heats up evenly! It is well build, looks durable and so far I love it!
