They are nice tongs, but the temperature on the description is incorrect. I bought these based on the temperature rating of 600° F. The packaging states up to 230° C, or 446° F. Highly unlikely I’ll melt the tongs, but still.

Used often, these have not “sprung” or lost the silicon ends like many others. The lock feature is great for drawer storage. Having 2 sizes is great.
