Exceptional product backed by exceptional customer service, I can’t ask for more
Anothe winner from TOZO, sound quality, battery life, all day comfort, and ANC all are way beyond what you’d expect that this price point. I also love the clear case cover so I can instantly see the buds inside. I consider this just one more in a long line of great products from TOZO. Also, one of the things that set TOZO apart from the many other companies is their exceptional customer service. I was initially impressed with how they exceeded my expectations years ago and I’ve been buying their products ever since. I must say, they haven’t disappointed me yet. On rare instances where something didn’t measure up, they were on it with updates or fixes or even replacements to remedy the issue. I’ve had better customer service experience from TOZO than even some premium brand names. I firmly believe their products at these prices are a steal for both quality, specs, and aftercare.

Great budget friendly noise cancelling buds
These are great headphones for the money. They fit great with lots of sizing options, hold a charge for several hours, and most importantly sound great with all the music I listen to. Charging is easy with USB C. I love that the lid is clear and easy to see into. Microphone sounds great for calls. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Very Good For The Price
These things punch well above their weight. I grabbed them on sale for $20 to use as a cheap travel pair and I’m very happy. The sound quality was surprisingly good, and the app has EQ tuning so you can make them sound just right. For comparison my usual earbuds are the Pixel Buds A. If my $80 Pixel Buds are an 8 on the sound quality scale, then this $20 Tozo pair is a 7. Plus, these look pretty cool and unique!As far as noise cancellation goes, it’s pretty good. It will drown out basic white noise and background noises pretty well, but that’s as far as it goes. Don’t expect anything amazing, but it’s certainly better than it should be at this price point.I recommend these if you need a cheap, easy to use set of earbuds.

Just buy them
These sound great for $80 to $100 earbuds…but they cost $21, tax included. I’ve only been using them for a week or two but so far so good. They have a reliable connection, however the app doesn’t always recognize them quickly. Sometimes I have to shut it down and reopen it before they connect. I want to point out that while they don’t always connect right away to the app, they do still work right away. So if u want to adjust anything via the app, it might take a tad longer at least for me vs other apps like sound core or Sony. Speaking of the TOZO app, slow connection aside, it’s excellent! I love that u have access to anybody’s custom EQ to try out and save. More companies should do this. Absolutely loved that feature. I’ve downloaded several from other users and it’s a great way to try new things out. Definitely recommend (it’s a no brainer for the price) and in fact I think they punch way above their price class. They sound great and the wind noise reducer feature actually works very well. Buy them!

Best Bluetooth Earbuds I’ve Ever Had!
Let me tell you! I bought these back & July & I wanted to use the fully before I reviewed them. It’s been about 3 months & these are the best earphones I’ve ever used. The sound is amazingly full & very clear. Makes music sound amazing & movies sound feel very large. I work out with these & I sweat a lot, yet these always feel snug in my ear unlike air pods. They haven’t had any charging issues & the battery life is great! Charging case is sleek & easy to charge. If you’re on the fence just put these in your cart & be happy with your purchase. Trust me 👌🏾

Great buds
I’m giving three stars because these were meant to be an upgrade. I started out with the entry 10 dollar E2 Tozo buds. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They feel good over long periods. They never leave sore spots in my ears like others. I have an extended experience with wireless BT buds. Ranging from entry level Skullcandy to higher end models like SC Rails. I’ve also had a few JBLs. So I know what to expect from bt buds. Let me tell you the E2 in limited Tozo experience are great for the price. I’ll definitely be them around for the near future. These hybrids are good for backups while the E2s charge. TBH that’s about it unless Tozo revamps the model and makes them as comfortable as the E2 model. They sound great for your music needs. I’m not sure about the AW/NC features. Since it uses tone in place of voice in feedback I’m unclear on how they function in that manner. I’ll update accordingly as I find out. But if you’re considering Tozo I highly recommend the E2 or if you have the funds 30 to put on em. I hear the NC9 pair are really good. They’re my next stop with Tozo. Thx for reading and God bless 🙏

Superior for the Price
This is my third pair of Tozo buds. Started with NC6, then NC9, and now the Crystal Pods. Every pair has sounded great. The crystal pods are amazing on another level with the app. These fit snug in the ear and are easily compatible with my Android phone. Downloaded the app from the store for free. This brand is my go-to when I want upgrades. The quality for the price is just unbeatable. By the way, my two older pairs still work great and charge great.

I currently have a set of JBL’s that were a Christmas present from work, I really like them for the bass and comfort. Enter stage right the TOZO Crystal Pods, this little things have blown the JBL’s out of the water for sound quality, noise cancelling, battery life and phone calls. I connected them to my laptop for a Teams call and they were perfect, the mic’s were not impacted by a noisy a/c unit in my office and they were extremely comfortable to wear for long periods. The battery life was hardly impacted after a day, unlike the JBL’s.In the box you get multiple covers to ensure they fit your ears perfectly, charging box and holder, charging cable and instructions. Once you download the TOZO app they connect and the app has an immense amount of easy to configure options. The EQ setting are so much better than the JBL’s and the noise cancelling options allow for full NC, Reduce wind noise, Transparency mode (which is great to keep you in touch with what is going on around you) and normal mode. The EQ settings is very good, you can choose multiple pre set options or (and this is the bit I love), you can try EQ configurations that have been uploaded by other users. Just when you thought TOZO were done, they throw in IPX5 rating which makes then ideal for training, sweat and light drizzle…………………………..all of this for £29.99.My JBL’s have been handed down to my daughter, I am a TOZO convert.

Sia esteticamente che come prestazioni, ad un primo ascolto ho avuto uno strano bug dove l’audio sembrava pessimo… quasi come quello di un citofono ma le go scollegare e riassociate al mio dispositivo e tutto si è sistemato e non ho più riscontrato il problema (nel caso dovesse succedere pure a voi) l’audio e super pulito e nelle call i microfoni fanno un ottimo lavoro, consigliatissime

This is my 2:nd Tozo product, have a NC9 also really satisfied with them these one are probably the softest fit I have used in these type of wireless headset. My NC9 with 6 mics for Clear Calls is better than the 4 mics these one has, but it is good enough for most settings and the fit made these ones favorite for now.
