Mom of Five. Got to Take a Shower.
Using this timer has been so helpful for my older kids. I have a nine year old, and it’s great for saying things like, “You can read in bed for an hour.” or “You can play for twenty minutes.” Today, I had them set it for 15 minutes, while I took a shower, and until the timer went off, one kid was in charge of watching the 18 month old, and then when the timer went off, they switched. God to take a whole shower. Shaved my legs and everything.

A fun practical and durable time keeping device. Good for all ages.
I have used a lot of different timers and find most of them to be helpful. This one is one of my favorites though. The cube shape makes it fun to just flip to the side that has whatever timeframe you are using on it, and it automatically starts the clock. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a shorter timeframe, for instance, five minutes, which is a timer length I use regularly. I’ve had it about six months, it’s dropped on the floor at least five times and it’s holding up well so it seems pretty durable too!

Best Teacher Tool I’ve Used Recently
This tool has helped maximize my instructional time during class. Breaking up the lesson and work into small chunks allows students time to work and for me to check for understanding at regular intervals. Easy to use and build routines in your classroom. Consider all options, as some have shorter durations to accommodate the attention span of younger students.

good timer
has high and low volume, gets pretty loud but that would depend on your surroundings and situation; I use it to make sure to look away from my computer every twenty minutes because of my eye conditions

Great for timing tasks
I bought this from a FB short of an influencer I follow. Now let me tell you a bit about myself, I am cheap, or stringently economic. I do not buy items for only looks, but mostly functionality. I am very particular about electronics, they must work and do the job well. I am also very horrible with time management. This little cube is a life changer. It helps with time management, especially when I am sitting at my desk and have multiple tasks to do. It helps with remembering household chores such as cooking and washing. I have burned less meals and been more efficient at washing with this. Setting the timer and having it go off helps me to move and check on certain things if I get lost in reading or doing something else when trying to do two tasks in different rooms simultaneously.I would advise to get it if you are like me and tend to become engrossed in a task that you forget everything else. It is also helpful as my legs swell when sitting for too long, on the 30 minute setting I am reminded to get up move for a few minutes, so there is that also.

Great for reminders!
Love this! I use it on my desk – setting a reminder to get up and walk around/stretch… I also use it for potty training to remind the little guys to get into the potty when the beep goes off – It’s really effective and fun!

Great design – Lousy innards
I tried three of these. They all shared one or more of these defects:#1 Beeper barely audible, even on high (especially if you have any high frequency hearing loss)#2 Red “timer on” light inoperative#3 “Start timer” beeper works only occasionallyI finally gave up on getting one that was fully functional, but did keep the last one, because it is a great form factor and the “time’s up” beep is generally audible.Judging from my experience and some of the other comments here, I’d hazard a guess that quality control is not a thing at this manufacturer.
