Fit our needs perfectly
Bought this for my dad who had shoulder surgery. I didn’t want to rely on his lessened ability to use his phone to get ahold of me, so I gave these buttons a try. Unbelievably easy to set up!! It’s rare to find something that doesn’t depend on an app for everything; with this system, you just plug it in and it works. I truly, truly appreciate the simplicity, and my elderly parents have no trouble with it at all.Within our house, we put a speaker in the family room and in the hallway by my room. The loudest setting is pretty loud! I feel confident that I would hear it even if I was sleeping (volume can be adjusted to very quiet and mute/lights only too). It’s definitely worth the money to have, even if it’s just for their nightstand. Many buttons can be connected to the speakers, so eventually I like the idea of purchasing more buttons to attach onto the walls probably by the shower where they might remove the lanyard.The set of two speakers and two buttons comes already paired, meaning pushing either button sets off both speakers. Getting technical, I also like that there are instructions for pairing and unpairing devices. Since I care for both parents, I like the option of being able to pair one button to one speaker with a different alarm tone on each speaker for each mom/dad. We have no need for actually doing that as of now, but for those who have multiple handicapped individuals in their home this might be good to know.

Exactly what we needed
I am a caregiver for my sister. I was concerned that she might fall while walking or have some other issue while I was sleeping or in another part of the house. We bought 2 call buttons and 2 plug in bells. I plugged one in my bedroom and the other in the kitchen, at the opposite end of the house. No matter where I am in the house, I can still hear the alarm when she rings. It’s loud enough to wake me up, even from deep sleep or to be heard over running water if I’m washing dishes. It’s been so helpful in keeping her safe.

So amazing to have this product. I helped the family take care of our grandma’s during her critical last moments of life. If work excellent. It was spread all over her house. Help please
My mom has aggressive small cell cancer and it’s working very well. But I can’t figure out how to put the lanyard on the call button. I need some help or a video showing how to do it.

Truly necessary, works better than expected.
I bought several of these for my mom and her caregiver, and they work perfectly for calling for assistance. The alert is loud enough to be heard throughout the house, and the button is truly waterproof for use in the shower.

Great for hospice support.
My father-in-law was recently admitted into hospice care in our home, and he probably merely stays in his bedroom. And we need away for him to alert anyone providing care that he needed assistance in lieu of yelling. This has worked out great. We have the receiver out in the living room and we taped the button to his bedside tray and he is now using it consistently in less than 24 hours.

Sweet dreams
I bought these so that my elderly mother could let me know if she needs help. They work great, have adjustable sound(but lowest setting still easily wakes me), and have great range in my house. It makes it much easier to sleep, knowing I will be able to hear if she needs help.

Ordered 2 receivers and transmitters, initially have to pair both of them to ring with any of the transmitter. Range is very very good. Nice product…..just missing fall feature for adults where it should auto alert in case of fall…..anyway does it job well…premium quality……..

Ha sido una bendición para cuidar a mi madre que debe estar en cama siempre; fácil de usar, las instrucciones vienen en letra muy pequeña, pero para lo único que hacen falta es para programar el sonido (no lo he logrado);no sirvió un botón, pero no me hace falta , lo demás funciona excelente en una casa de tres pisos, mi mamá está en planta baja y en cada uno de los pisos superiores hay un timbre, se escuchan perfecto, los techos son de losa de cemento y no hay problema; muy recomendable para el cuidado de enfermos, da libertad y seguridad tanto a ellos como a los cuidadores

As fine, effective product for aged and infirm persons with mobility inhibitors. Competitively priced and well made. The only doubt I have is that is not shower proof. But then that would make it a lot more expensive. So. Trade- off. It does the job well with good options as to performance.

Easy to set up and not complicated for the elderly to use. Reasonably priced and arrived when stated. Purchased for my mother who was worried no one would hear her if she called out, so this has given all of us peace of mind. It has been used once when the handset for the recliner fell out of reach on the floor and the chair tilted when mum tried to get up. Luckily the bell was on the lanyard around her neck and she was able to call for assistance. We are very pleased with our purchase.
