Lightweight and easy to take along
I hang the sensory swing on an existing hook on an outdoor swing set which made mounting very easy for me. I am planning to just use it outdoors but bring it back to the house as soon as we are done, since although the seller says it can be used outdoors it would just be a matter of time the fabric wears out due to heat and the elements. The breathable nylon fabric makes it very lightweight and very easy to move around so moving it and storing it should be easy. However, I would have preferred that the O-sling that attached to the hanging hook to be stitched onto the fabric for peace of mind. The instructions provided on how to fold the fabric to attach the O-sling seem very complicated and a misstep could be disastrous. There is enough mounting hardware for wood beam mounting.

I’ve tried to reach out to customer support but the page wont load at all and it won’t allow me to contact them so that’s why I’m writing it here.Purchased this a month ago, it’s stayed in the box since as we have been moving houses. I installed it last night and the material is so stretchy it doesn’t hold my 15kg daughter. As soon as she sits in it, she sinks all the way to the floor and can’t even swing in it. I even adjusted the height really high but now she needs my help to get in instead of being able to get in on her own and she still sinks to the floor. I initially bought it for my 20kg son who has sensory issues but it doesn’t work for him? Unless I’ve installed it incorrectly but I’ve done it as instructed in the manual so not sure what the issue is here.
