This is replacing my smart watch!
This ring is incredible. Make sure you size yourself to get a perfect fit. It has all the fitness features of my smart watch including oxygen sensor, hear rate monitor, pedometer, workout tracking, and sleep tracking. What I like about it, is that it looks good, isn’t very much thicker than my wedding ring, maybe about 1mm thicker. It’s charging case is compact, and has a rechargeable battery in it as well. What I really like about it, is that I don’t have all of the distracting features of the smart watch, No more checking every notification, scrolling through dozens of screens, and I get to wear my other watches for other occasions.I consider this a great value, especially when it’s competition is around 3 to 4 times the price. Definitely give this a look.

Don’t
I didn’t like this ring. I used the measuring table and still it was way bigger than expected, I can barely wear it in my thumb. The app is terrible it only tracks a couple of random things, it is not very useful for going to the gym. Would not recommend. Charging it is a pain.

Does the basics well
The packaging is very professional looking, making the perfect gift box. The only thing I found not in the box is manufactures states that it says there is a USB charging cable is included…it is not. The one thing I wished it did with the app is to let you know when the battery needs charging. Though the lithium ion battery lasts a long time. I have been wearing it a week at a time between charges with no problems. It might even last longer. One of the cooler things this ring does it has “gesture swing”, which lets you take photos immediately. You just have to let the software access your camera and with Bluetooth with just a swipe of your hand… Presto, photo taken! It seems to be pretty accurate when comparing it to my $800 smart watch. I think I would believe my watch over a $37 ring but for the price it does a good job of general references. Especially sleeping. I like wearing the ring at night over my watch. Not bulky. It monitors your sleep, heart Rate, blood oxygen and many outdoor activities. Again, it doesn’t give you the telemetry a good smart watch gives you but for the price it does a very good job. I ordered the black ring which can double as a wedding band. People can’t tell the difference.Charging is easy. Just place the ring into the charger it knows where to align the charging points. The charger can also act as portable charger. No cable of AC adapter. Quick and easy. It will tell you when charging is complete going from color red to blue. The only problem I am finding is that it sometimes defaults where the bluetooth shuts off all the ring functions. You will have to go into the App and turn it back on. If this wasn’t a problem I would give the ring a 5 star rating. If you don’t like wearing a watch, this ring is for you. And best part, it’s not a big investment.

For my simple needs, this works great
The smart ring fits perfectly on my size 12 finger and is super comfortable most of the time. I barely notice it during the day, which is exactly what I wanted in a wearable. That said, it’s not the most comfortable when I’m working out—something about the snugness during activity just doesn’t feel great. But since I don’t plan to wear it for workouts often, it’s not a dealbreaker for me.For my needs—tracking steps, heart rate, and sleep—it works really well. It’s simple and effective without a ton of unnecessary features, which I appreciate, especially for the price. It’s nice to have an affordable option that covers the basics without breaking the bank. Bearing in mind that other brand’s smart rings are 5x more expensive, my expectations given the price were met.

Wanted to like it
Tested this “smart” ring for 4 or 5 days to see what it could do at a 5th or 6th of the cost of the more popular smart rings and I see why it’s priced the way it is. Battery life is just fine, it was very strange the first time charging, it only went up like 10% total in 8 hours but then I disconnected the case, the cable and the ring, left it for about 30 minutes (as I needed to do something else and just forgot to reconnect it all) reconnected it and it charged from 21% to 100% in about 45 minutes and it’s at 83% after 5 days of continuous use (ring has been off for about an hour total for lotion and hair oil application daily.) Comfort is okay but that’s on me, I have large fingers and the largest size they have is 12 so if you’re lower, then my understanding is it’s pretty TTS.My beef with the ring is the tracking is very inconsistent or just doesn’t work. Sleep tracking has never worked. I tried everything in the app, tried resetting the ring after I got it fully charged…nothing. HR does track but it’s about 10bpm off for resting per my Polar and Apple Watch Ultra; those two are typically within 2bpm but this was consistently 10bpm off (below) and sometimes up to 25bpm, which is just not acceptable but understandable given the cost. O2 monitor seems to be accurate though. Steps are a mixed bag. Day one had me 5k steps over (and it was a day of mostly just lounging around) Day two had me on target, day three was halfway right, day four was way too high (nearly 6k over again) and day five was roughly 300 over (so I suppose in the margin of error.) All in all, it’s meh. For the money, I guess if you want a ring instead of watch, this could work if you only care about O2 and steps? If you want more accurate tracking and/or sleep tracking, look elsewhere.
