Customers say

Customers find these compression leggings provide good support and help with leg pain, while being well-constructed and offering better quality for less money. The fit and comfort receive mixed feedback – while some find them a great fit, others say they’re too long, and while some find them comfortable, others describe them as extremely uncomfortable. The slipperiness and sizing also get mixed reviews, with some saying they stay in place well while others report them slipping down, and while some find the sizing true to size, others say they run small.

    True plus-size fit
Met my doctors requirement for compression, comfortable once on. Wash in a lingerie bag, cold water, delicate cycle – so far, so good!

    Fabulous fit!
Fits great, and finally something that’s long enough! I have big thighs, so I ordered based on measurements a 3X. Great compression, and stays up better than I expected. I weigh 231lbs. and I’m 5’10”. It’s a bit of a workout every time I go pee, getting them up and down, but really worth it. I’m still waiting for a crotchless version, hint hint😉

Made in USA – Large (Black)
Edit – to add 3 photos (self taken, so not the best angles):Photo 1 – I am wearing Under Armour full length leggings (insulated running) – Women’s XL – for comparison.- Compression Stockings on hanger – Adult L – these are “stretched” because I had them on for 3 hours.Photo 2 – I just put Compression Stockings back on – UA leggings on hanger.Photo 3 – Compression Stockings slid down at least 4″ after 10 minutes of wear – UA leggings on hanger.Maybe I received a Child’s Large and not an Adult Large? Or maybe I should be wearing an XL (they were not available)? The quality is excellent and I wanted to love these, but I think the sizes run small. The leg measurements are very important, but so is the inseam. I would still recommend.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXFemale, 5’8″, 170 lbs, 34″ waist, 30″ inseamLeg measurements: ankle 9-1/2″, calf 15″, lower thigh 19″, upper thigh 23″.My measurements cover multiple sizes. I ordered a Large (black). I wanted XL, but they were not available in black. The leggings seem well made, thick material, strong seams, perfect compression, excellent value for the price. Best of all: Made in the USA! No problems here – 5 stars.I gave four (4) stars because the inseam is only “one size”, and a Large is too short for my 30″ inseam. I stretch the material as much as I can, but then the ankle opening goes too high above the ankle. The leggings will stay at my waist for a few minutes, but then they slide down with each step I take. The crotch of the leggings will slide down approximately 4″, and it is very uncomfortable. I am constantly pulling the leggings up.The only options I had to order was S, M, L, XL, etc. The compression of the Large fits my legs perfectly, and I am happy I ordered the Large. However, I wish they made Short Large, Regular Large, Tall Large, etc. If the inseam was longer, then these would be perfect! Since the sizes are based on the measurements of the legs, I am afraid if I ordered the XL, then inseam may be longer, but then the compression would be less – this would defeat the purpose of the compression.I’m sure others with a shorter inseam will have the opposite issue with the leggings being too long.Overall, these are worth the value. I am only wearing these for two weeks after sclerotherapy for treatment of numerous spider and minor varicose veins, so I will deal with pulling these up every few minutes. If I had to wear these long term, then these are too short for me and I would look for leggings with a longer inseam.

Fit is good but too long!
Why are all compression hose too long? I am tall but yet every pair of pantyhose or legging style compression pantyhose style are 4 ti 6 inches too long!?!?! I am 5 ft 8 and I have this issue. They fit everywhere else if the length could be right these would be so much better. When they are too long, they bunch and where they bunch cuts off circulation. I didn’t make it half a day and I was so tired of pulling up leggings. Would love to buy a size up to stop them from sliding down but they are already too long, a larger size would be even longer.

One of the best I’ve worn
One of the best I’ve worn. I’m on my feet 12 hours/day. I can tell a huge difference when I have them on. Leg pain is greatly reduced, I have more energy, & they don’t fall they stay put. The material is thick & I don’t get hot. I’m 5’5” 140lbs. I bought size large.

    Great product for good price
These are great products for what they are designed to do. A bit hard to get on and off, but to be expected. Would recommend.

Spend the extra money to get better ones.
These are very uncomfortable, and the material is rough. The proportions are off as well; the waistband is not proportional to the rest. Spend the extra money to get better quality.

    Love these!!
These are terrific! They fit well and have correct compression. True to size chart. The plus size does give a bit more room in the abdominal area. Great colors! I have one for everyday!

Have bought this item as it was advertised as a 20-30 mmhg compression. That is not the caseThe size is the right for me but it feels like normal tights. Especially on thighs and belly is loose.I have followed their size chart for the purchase which suits me fine but don’t feel the compression. Hence the scoring.

Comfortable but wearing it is a little struggle. Should have got one size bigger. I hurt my right leg in a bicycle accident. The recovery was disappointing. Hopefully it helps after wearing them.

The use of pantyhose without covering the feet was not comfortable. I felt that my foot veins were pressured
