Great Hot/Cold Packs – Comes with 3!
3 great reusable hot/cold packs for injuries like falls, sprains and the like. They provide great pain relief without having to take any drugs. The length is great for covering my lower back. I love that there are 3 to the pack, so I can always have one cold at all times.

A few years ago I purchased a knee brace from this company due to knee replacement surgery. I specifically purchased this brace because it had pockets to place these ice packs to strategically place around the knee & also came with 3 ice packs.It was a lifesaver. I recently purchased 3 more ice packs just to keep in the freezer as I’m anticipating surgery on my other knee. These are great for other parts of the body too I. e., neck, shoulders, low back. Highly recommend.

Good ice packs
I’ve been through a few brands of ice packs now and I think this is the one for me. They’re not “soft and flexible” when frozen like advertised, but that’s not really a big deal for me. These things freeze quite fast and stay cold quite long. Every other brand I’ve tried pales in comparison. Most other brands take hours to freeze and only last an hour tops. This one freezes in an hour and lasts an hour, which is just what I need. Constant icing and a sustainable chain of ice packs moving in and out of the freezer.

Relief from swelling, could have provided a better sleeve
This Velcro wrap is snug and wraps around knee nicely. The iced gel packs freeze well, BUT the the sleeves they slide into aren’t great. 2 vertical sleeves just fit the gel packs and have an inch or so hanging out. This part goes over knee. Problem lies with with 1 horizontal gel pack that only fits into half a sleeve. Manufacturer was chintzy on material and should have allowed for a full sleeve to accommodate gel pack that goes behind knee. Otherwise, product works well.

LOVE HAVING THIS SET OF ICEPACKS IN MY FREEZER. DON’T HAVE TO WAIT TO REFREEZE, CAN USE ON DIFFERENT AREAS (KNEES, SHOULDERS, …) THEY FIT PERFECTLY UNDER KNEE AND BACK BRACES.

Well I’m a classic online sucker on this junk… forgot to request return soon enough so I’m stuck with no better than just filling Ziploc bags with water… plus since it was so low of a price I should have figured as the saying goes… If it looks too good…THAT IS HOW CON ARTISTS MAKE MONEY… sell crap cheap as many marketing studies have proven that over 50% of buyers will fail to return it quickly enough, especiallywhen a low price item!PROS … noneCONS … cheap, freezes up super hard & lousy materials will not last many use cycles!Amazon sells many other brands that are good to great & I bought these only because of the size format would fit into a knee wrap I use very often.DO NOT BUY & I guess I’m on a trend right now as I very rarely rate at one star & this is two reviews as such today!

Just the right size for inside a sling
I put these in a white cotton sock inside my sling after rotator cuff surgery, and they were perfect for keeping my arm cool in the FL heat.
