Amazon customer –
Good price for absorbent diaper.
Works well for semi handicapped man too. Washes and dries well.

THE VELCROS DO NOT HOLD
I strongly advise against purchasing this item: after just a few washes, the Velcros on the sides no longer hold.Amazon requests the return of the product but does not guarantee any refund, the underwear having been used. The seller also does not want to take charge of the file, the items having been purchased on the Amazon site.Regarding clothing for physically disabled people, the lack of monitoring of quality problems by these two stakeholders is humanly disappointing.

Shrinks TOO MUCH!
I’d like to be able to send these back with the complaint that they start out fitting but shrink so much that they’re nearly impossible to fasten without help. My poor Mother (93 years old) was struggling so much that I just ordered her a set 2 sizes bigger (1st bought large- now ordered XXL).There are some plusses: the fabric is soft, the Velcro is strong and they are super absorbent.Sizing is the big disappointment. I’m going to contact the company directly.FOLLOW UP: I called the company and Michael very kindly helped me resolve my problem!! Yay!

Size up!
I bought a 2X and it was surprisingly very small. I did not specifically compare waist and hip measurements before purchasing, but this is not usually an issue when buying a size as large as this. I’m going to take a chance on buying a 3X, but I am not confident that it will be big enough. If they made a 4X, I would consider trying that next. The sizes do not seem to be comparable to other brands.

Thick and uncomfortable
I am not incontinent but needed for use after a surgery involving a fixator on my ankle. Wanted something more like regular womens underwear. These were very thick and the Velcro was rigid and scratchy.

Velcro does not stay closed
When person moves the Velcro opens up – need to use pins to keep cloth together.

Soon I will have my hip replacement. It is the reason, why I am looking for underwear to put it on easy. This one is huge and heavy because of integrated diaper. You can’t see it on the photo, just absorbing layer is mentioned. And looks very cute like regular panties.I do not recommend for those who in my situation. For incontinence it will be helpful. But for those, who prefers to use disposal diapers, it should be clear, that diaper included already and it is reusable. About quality as per use I do not know. Returned it right away.
