Regret buying! I have restless legs, so purchased this product hoping it would help, but it didn’t. It was a waste of my money.

If you have kidney disease or any type of element please read carefully the ingredients I love being in the sun but upon utilizing this capsule it clearly states you shouldn’t be in the Sun for long periods of time the sun is the Healer of all elements especially when you’re dealing with some type of mental illness so to take something and not be able to enjoy the sunlight it’s totally bogus and a waste of money..

Bless the Lord, it works!
My husband of 57 years suffers from Periodic Leg Movement Disorder which makes his legs and arms jerk when he is sleeping. It was so bad, he had to move to another bed so I could get some sleep. He tried many things, including several medications from his Doctor, which had so many side effects he couldn’t take them. I read about the LegCalm on Amazon, and decided to order it for him. Since it has all natural ingredients, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try it. He took it for a couple of days, then came back to our bed to see if it was helping. I couldn’t believe it!! He didn’t move or jerk all night. He has been taking the LegCalm for over a week, and is still sleeping calmly every night. I thank the Lord every morning.

I’m returning this product, unopened, to Amazon. Haven’t taken it, so my rating is not based on its effectiveness, but rather on its *value* as I perceive that.I ordered LegCalm because I have occasional “jumpy” legs at night. Not a continuous problem for me. I would be willing to take, perhaps, 1 of these capsules per day (at bedtime or whenever) if that would help. But this is not the recommended dosage.The instructions are not provided on Amazon’s website. On the bottle, it recommends taking 2 capsules 3 times per day. That’s 6 per day!There are 60 capsules in the $40 bottle. At 6 pills per day, that $40 bottle would only last 10 days. (The directions say to take it “between 1-2 weeks” which is accurate for the 10 days that the supply in that $40 bottle will last.)Obviously, if somebody has a terrible problem with RLS and this product works, then $40 might be a worthwhile value. For me, it is not.

After receiving the product, there were so many side effects that my husband didn’t feel comfortable taking them. When I tried to return the unopened bottle, I was told it was non refundable.

Great Product if you suffer with RLS
Ihave suffered with RLS for 30 years. I tried every homeopathic remedy I could find. Along with walking, warm baths before bed and an electric blanket to keep my legs warm. This product really seems to work.I am a fan of Native Remeday products and have consistently found their products to perform well and to be of good quality.
