The Pulse Oximeter monitor is pricey, but it can collect and record personal pulse oximetry data.
You wear this Vibeat Oxylink Pulse Oximeter monitor on your finger. It is an informal, non-invasive, and practical way to track one’s blood oxygen levels, heart rates, and motions, particularly during a session of sleeping. The Vibeat Oxylink Pulse Oximeter uses a small gray plastic electronic (Bluetooth) ring that you wear on your finger. It displays immediate real-time heart-rate and blood oxygen level. A momentary push of the ring power button will also display time of day, and remaining battery charge on the ring. The User Manual directs that the ring only be worn on the thumb, or index-finger, or pinky, depending on comfort and avoidance of too loose a fit. The ring is a bit clunky, because of its size (and capabilities), but it is not uncomfortable, and I found it easy to forget and ignore.Used with the ViHealth app, the Pulse Oximeter will track, record and display; blood-oxygen levels, heart-rates, and motion. The Pulse Oximeter is most beneficial when it is used to track and record the data from these parameters while sleeping. To sync the data acquired during a sleep session (or anytime), simply remove the ring, and the ring will countdown from 10, store the data on the ring, and the data will then be ready to sync to the ViHealth App. The ViHealth App phone app is then opened, and the data will then sync to the app and display the data collected during the last session the ring was on and being worn. Up to 4 sessions can be recorded. A 5th session will overwrite the oldest session. A single recorded session can contain 8-12 hours of data if the ring began the recording session with a full charge. The ViHealth App allows multiple profiles, and I have created one for myself and another family member. Something I really like about the ViHealth App is you can use it as a “guest user”, and it does not require an account to use the Pulse Oximeter ring with the ViHealth App. For now “guest user” is good enough for me.An audio alarm is provided by the Pulse Oximeter Ring if blood-oxygen level, or heart-rate falls below threshold levels. These threshhold levels are set up in the app. The ViHealth App phone-app also has an audio alarm, but the phone-app’s alarm only works if the phone is on the ‘Dashboard’ page of the ViHealth App, and the phone is not locked. Also Vibeat wants to make it clear that the Pulse Oximeter Ring monitor is NOT a medical device and is NOT for medical use. To quote Vibeat; “This is not a medical device, This device is for Sports and Aviation use only and not intended for medical use”.This Vibeat Pulse Oximeter Ring (with app) is pricey. But it does allow an individual to informally and unobtrusively monitor and track their blood-oxygen levels, heart-rates, and motion.

Title: The Night Watchman for My Lungs
I’ve never been a heavy snorer, but after a recent bout with a nasty cold, I started wondering what was happening with my oxygen at night. Was I breathing properly, or was I slowly turning into a mouth-breathing gargoyle? When this Vibeat Oxylink showed up, I saw it as my chance to get some answers without a scary sleep lab. What You Get in the BoxThe device itself is a small, light-gray plastic ring that clips onto your finger. It’s much lighter and less obtrusive than I expected—like a chunky ring for a robot, but soft. It comes with a USB-C charging cable. The whole operation is managed through a free app called Vihealth, which you need to download to see any of your data. The Nightly RoutineUsing it is simple. You charge it up, put the ring on your finger (it fits most adult sizes), and just… go to sleep. It automatically starts tracking your blood oxygen and heart rate every minute for up to 8-12 hours. In the morning, you open the app, and it syncs all that data via Bluetooth, showing you graphs of your night. You can see every dip and rise, which is either fascinating or mildly terrifying, depending on your night. The key feature for me was the audio alarm. You can set thresholds in the app—like an oxygen level below 92%—and if you hit it, the ring itself will beep, and the app will chime too. It’s a gentle nudge saying, “Hey, maybe roll over?” I’m genuinely hoping this little gadget is durable enough for every night use, because living with a paranoid robot-finger is now my new normal. Here’s the breath-by-breath breakdown:What gave me peace of mind:· The data is fascinating. Seeing a full graph of your night is like getting a report card for your lungs. It’s easy to share PDF reports from the app, which could be useful for a doctor.· The comfort factor is high. I forgot I was wearing it after about ten minutes, which is a win for a sleep tracker.· The alarm system works. It woke me up once when my levels dipped, which was exactly what I wanted it to do.What made me sigh:· The app needs to be open. For the phone alarm to work, the app has to be open on your screen and not locked. This feels like a bit of a design hiccup for a sleep device.· Accuracy debates. Some user reviews swear by its accuracy, comparing it to medical devices, while others found it way off. For my wellness curiosity, it seems fine, but I wouldn’t bet my life on it.· It’s not a medical device. The product notes are very clear: this is for “Sports and Aviation” or “General Wellness” only. It’s a helpful indicator, not a diagnostic tool.In short, the Vibeat Oxylink is a clever, comfortable gadget for the casually concerned. It hasn’t cured my sniffles or given me the lungs of an Olympic athlete, but it has shown me that I’m probably not suffocating in my sleep. For someone who just wants to check in on their nighttime breathing without a big ordeal, it’s a pretty neat little watchman. Just don’t expect it to replace a conversation with your doctor.I hope this review helps you capture your experience with the device! If you had a different take on the comfort or the app’s functionality, that personal touch will make your review stand out.

Much better than the finger monitor
This works well and is all one unit. The cons are that it doesn’t have a vibrate option when oxygen level gets too low. The beeping can get annoying. The other is you have to push a button to see your levels. It would be nice if it displayed when you shake your finger/thumb
