If you don’t wear a watch this is perfect. Made well and looks good. If you do wear a watch I will get the slide on bands which attaches to your watch. I’ve got both of these depending on my mood.

Great Bracelet – Improved over the old one!
It’s good to see a company that listens to its customers. I bought one of these bracelets in March 2021 and it just broke on me (Not bad, 3 years), so I ordered another one. I was wonderfully surprised to see that they had taken my comments from 2021, and improved the bracelet.I had said that the ring was too small and too hard to read. I said they should enlarge it, and blacken in the letters so first responders would be able to spot it. That is exactly what they did! The print is both larger and blackened. The medical alert symbol is also larger than the old one. Thank you for the improvements.This is a very nice medical alert bracelet. I wear mine whenever I leave my house and I wear it to work, where it gets wet and bounced around, so it’s pretty tough. It’s an attractive color (black & blue braid) and it stays attached quite well with the magnetic clasp. I had to clean the old one a few times because rust and dirt build up in the chamber where the magnet is located, but it was only 2 or 3 times in 3 years.EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE! I highly recommend it.

Unique and comfortable
My wife and I both developed diabetes, her about two years before me. At her onset, I got her a standard metal medical alert bracelet but because it was so ugly, she never wears it. Frankly, I don’t blame her.When it was my turn, I looked for something different, and I found it with this item. The woven polyester band is very good-looking, strong and extremely comfortable; it was a little bit stiff initially, but a few minutes of flexing it softened it right up. Even the clasp is superior, and the whole look is sophisticated; subtle, but noticeable in an emergency.Judging by my wife’s envious looks, I’ll be buying a separate one of these for her!If I had any criticism at all, it would be the limited choices in sizing: The 7.6″ is *just* a little snug for me, but the next size up would have been way too big. There is an adjustable version, but the mechanism looks weak.

Excellent customer service
I have had this less than a month and the cord part of the bracelet came completely detached from the metal clasps. I am careful with this, never showered with it on or anything, and it just fell apart one day. Not impressed. Up until that point I really liked it. I would have rated it 5 stars up until the point it just fell apart.I increased my rating to 4 stars because of the excellent customer service experience I had with this brand. They genuinely are concerned with providing a quality product.The product may not have worked for me, but could work for you.

solid clasp
I would rate the product 3 or 4 stars but I have to give the seller a 5-star rating due to their excellent customer service. They worked patiently to resolve a problem to my satisfaction.The bracelet has a very solid, well-designed clasp that will not accidentally come loose. It appears to be engraved, so I don’t expect the medical alert info. to rub off. The only thing I don’t really like is the leather band is quite stiff (causing me to question if it is genuine leather); I would have preferred a more supple band. On the other hand, this one may stand up to longer use.

Not good quality
I have a few issues with this item. First off it says it was delivered. I had to request a refund in order to be provided with the proper tracking number and then call the post office only to find it was delivered to a wrong address completely. So today it arrives! The seller provided a reply fast but I don’t like that this item is coming from overseas and has to clear customs and you can’t get an updated tracking number. That is what it is. Here is where my 1 star review really comes from. This item is heavy! I can see the material that has the information to scratch easy as well. To open and use it was difficult at first. Then once you get it opened, it wants to keep coming open. There is no locking mechanism to keep this bracelet on. It’s only a slide so now any rubbing on anything it’s coming open and falling off.

Pretty nice
This medical bracelet has a nice quality. It hooks together with a slide coupled with a magnet to make putting it on easier. I expect this bracelet will last long time. I feel a bit more secure knowing that the it declares a medical concern.

Not stretchy
I was looking for a strap that didn’t have a bumpy latch on it, but the single wrap-arounds all sound too big, and it turns out this one is not stretchy and is also too big, loose, and so irritating to wear constantly. The magnetic, vertical sliding closure is also tricky to put on with your other hand, whichever wrist you would wear it on.
