Received these ILIVA 9 in 1 immune support supplement and i love adding this to my wellness routine..I been taking these in the morning after breakfast and having had any issues at all. They don’t cause any stomach discomfort or any other issue.I love the ingredients used for the supplement becuase it has some powerful blend of the best. Based off of the label, Vitamin C is the highest added at a whooping 1, 000mg per serving.You get a one month supply and have to taken2 per day. Quality is ok and capsules are fairly easy to take. Price is a bit high compared to other immune supplements but if it works well its worth it.For now I feel good taking this becuase I know it helps my body in a positive way.
