Accessibility win for VI (ID in review)
A necessary tool for someone visually-impaired such as myself, these dots took me from my lifelong struggle where I was just guessing and hoping I got it right (because the shame included with ableism/growing up being denied access to accessibility meant I didn’t even know these existed until I saw them on Amazon Vine) to knowing exactly what each button is by feel. For the variety of shapes and sizes, this one gets full marks, whereas another I reviewed got some points off for being all dull colors and only one shape. I can see some colors, and I appreciate that most of this pack is brightly colored. Another great win is the smallest dots, which go great on speaker button volume controls since they are so different from the rest of the dots. And the white squares are great too because they are quite large and could go on something you really don’t want to press by accident. The other dots range from flat, smooth yellow dots to domed yellow dots, to the tiny black dots (about 10-15x the size of a braille dot) I suggested for volume controls, to domed bright sort of spring green to domed red dots about as large or a bit larger than a finger-width. All of the domed dots from yellow to red get progressively larger. The white square ones are as wide as a first finger (in American terms) too.For the range of sizes, textures, shapes, colors, and also how well they adhere (I forgot to wipe down my remote first and they are still stuck on weeks later, so don’t let them loose near your toddler!) I’m rating this one 5* and I can confidently say I’d purchase them again if I ever ran out.

Super useful, and also fun (I love stickers)!
When I ordered these, I did not expect them to be quite as high quality as they are. They’re incredibly firm, bright, and actually quite fun to play with. I’ve applied them to a number of things throughout the house to help with, as the product is listed, avoiding frustration! They come in a number of sizes, colors, and shapes, and feel very nice to the touch. These definitely have a wide variety of uses. You could probably use them for grip (like on the bottom of computers, or other objects you don’t want to slip on surfaces) due to the material they’re made from. I use them to mark edges and buttons so I can find them in the dark, and it’s been especially useful for that! I was looking for something like this for a while, so I’m really glad I found these and that the seller has them up for a reasonable price. Now I knock things off counters and hold my remote upside down significantly less! They certainly help me avoid annoyances and confusion!

    These work great!
I am legally blind and I’ve always wanted something like this. I used to use puffy paint but that never seemed to last very long I’ve had these on for several weeks now and they haven’t budged! I love the different sizes and shapes so I can mark things differently to tell them apart. These have been so nice!!

Nothing to do with Braille, but useful tactile dots
I got these for my husband who is blind. While this product has nothing to do with Braille nor had my husband heard the term Braille Relief Dots, they are tactile stickers that may be useful for people with vision problems or disabilities. However, I immediately knew what these were and what they could be used for, so I picked up a pack for my husband. The colors did not matter to my husband, again blind, but for someone who is low vision the different colors may be helpful. He immediately put some to use. The first place he wanted to put some were on a few places on the microwave. In the past we had used clear ones for the microwave which I did not mind but they have fallen off. I did mind the colored ones because they blocked the print which was a problem for me. However, he needed a few buttons marked to independently use the microwave so we did that and maybe I will get used to the print being blocked but not happy about it now. I wish some clear raised dots had been included in the package. My husband then put some dots on his keyboard on some of the function keys and liked as it just makes it easier for him to find certain keys quickly. He said while he had dots like these in the past the adhesion was not very good, but the adhesion on these dots were very good and they stayed in place so he really liked that about this specific product. There were 225 dots in various shapes and colors included in the package. As a note, neither one of use could really find a good use for the tiny flat yellow ones. And while these had nothing to do with Braille, I am not sure they would have caught my attention if the header did not have Braille in it, but that is only because I am always looking for products and ways to help my husband. As for price of this product, these run a little less than some other online companies who provide products to enhance independent living.

Great help for those having trouble seeing
My 99 year old mom is having trouble seeing clearly, but still wants to live alone. These help her to control her microwave, oven, CD player, table lamp,, etc, safely. It gives her pax fee if kind as well as us, because we don’t worry about her getting a burner too high, & helps her feel the right buttons to only put in the time needed on her microwave, rather than too much. She can distinguish between sizes & the bright colors to know which buttons or switches to use, great help that still provides some independence for her as she manuvours in her home.

Love these bumps for quickly and precisely finding RV controls in the dark
Needed something in the RV to be able to easily identify which buttons to press in the dark. For example, the keypads are all flat, dark and unlit – which is great for promoting better sleep, but not necessarily pressing the right button if needed after dark. With these bumps I can quickly identify the desired keypad function. And I love that the least visually intrusive bumps blend discreetly into the keypads. Also love that there are different shapes so that you can ID by shape and size if you won’t be able to remember just by location. And they stick with just the right level of stickiness – they stay securely on, and also can easily be peeled off if needed, without damage to the underlying surface.Very pleased with this solution in the RV or anywhere things need to be precisely and quickly identified in the dark.

Consigliato.

This is a very handy bump dot set. It came with:-white raised squares-red dome-yellow dome-green dome-black small dome-yellow raised circlesThis set has a great mix of different bump options, which makes it perfect for creating distinct markings on things like appliances. This set includes differently shaped bumps, but also includes a variety of colours and sizes. I found the colours to be relatively bright; of course this depends on what surface you place them on. I was a bit suprised with how pastel the green coloured dots are. These dots definitely don’t stand out as brightly as the red or yellow dots do. It may not show up well in the photos, but the dots are also varying heights. All of the dots are cut well and are easy to remove from the sheet. Initially, I was a bit concerned about how well their adhesive would hold up, especially since they need to withstand washing if they are on an appliance. I tested the dots and noticed that once you’ve positioned the dot, avoid disturbing it for at least an hour. This allows the adhesive time to set and gain strength. If you need to tweak the position slightly, do so immediately. The adhesive on these dots is flexible and can be moved if needed. However, once it’s set, it becomes quite strong and should withstand being repeatedly felt and wiped down. Like all bump dots, I wouldn’t recommend submerging these dots under water or wiping them with a sopping wet cloth.I’ll try and make sure to update this review with the long-term results of using these dots. As long as they hold up well, which they seem to, this kit is a great all-in-one option for marking around the home for those who are blind or have low vision! It would also be handy for those working in the field.
