Convenient, effective and comfortable.
I just started using these to help treat my Carpal Tunnel. They have been working great. The velco is strong so I can still use my arm without it slipping off or moving. I usually wrap my wrist with a bandana before wrapping the pack on my wrist as it’s a little too cold for my taste. The gel is froze but still pliable enough to mold around my wrist tightly. They stay cold long enough to treat my wrist with a single wrap. This definitely beat strapping an ice pack on my wrist and is super convenient to use.

Perfect for after wrist surgery!
I broke my wrist on a freak accident and had surgery! I bought these for after the surgery and they worked beautifully! Especially for my wrist! It brought the swelling down and they were comfortable! I would put them in the freezer and alternate 20 minutes on and off.. They are extremely durable and soft. The perfect size! . I highly recommend!!

Very useful
If you need an easy to use small cold pack for the freezer, these work great. The Hook and loop makes it stay in place so you can wear it while you’re doing other activities. I’ve used it on my hand and my wrist, you can use it on your arm or the lower part of your leg anything that’s thinner. If you get two of them, you can attach them together and use it on even larger areas. I’m glad I bought them.

Ice pack of the century
If you follow me then you know I give honest opinions on products. I got these cold pack wraps very good price ,It came with two. I had surgery on my wrist and arm and they are so easy to use one handed. For a cold pack they last about 20-30 min pending the heat. And you can microwave about 10-15 seconds pending microwave and the heat lasts about 20-30 min as well. Just slip your thumb thru wrap around and it had Velcro to close. Super soft,super easy to maneuver. And no leaking,takes up little space in the freezer. Use it as much as needed the quality stands firm. I do highly recommend.

Comfortable, cools quickly, flexible with no unpleasant odor
Fast cooling, instant relief! Though the instruction recommends 60 minutes in the freezer, I was much less patient than that to try the wrap. I gave it about 20 minutes then wanted to try the fit and comfort. It was the already the perfect temperature and felt amazing. The wrap is soft, flexible and comfortable and stays in place unlike trying to hold an icepack with a towel. The design allows for you to target the area needed. I have pain in my hand and wrist and it covered both. Later I left it overnight and the ice was far too hard and at a painful temperature, so I do recommend the short term freeze. I also want to mention that there was no unpleasant odor to the wrap, which can often go either way with products.

The concept is good, but there are some issues.
The product is a really good idea. I could really use something to wrap around my wrists when they’re sore and my tendonitis is acting up, but this is not designed well in my opinion. The material is not flexible, so when these flat sections of ice pack freeze they wrap around in a square or triangle around the wrist and don’t actually sit on it. The actual part that touches your skin is made of just a smooth plastic material and not the softer almost air mattress topper material they chose for the top so it’s way too cold and uncomfortable to go on bare skin. It just fits so awkwardly when frozen and you need to put a barrier between the wrap and your skin, so you really need to let it thaw a bit when it first comes out of the freezer so it’s more malleable and warms up really fast, so then you don’t get as much cooling time with it on. It just isn’t designed well at all, which is so disappointing because I really love the concept.

Reusable hot or cold gel pack for your wrist
I had wrist surgery awhile ago and have been dealing with a lot of soreness and swelling. I had previously been putting ice in a zip lock baggie, but it was kind of a hassle as I had to prop my wrist up on a pillow to stabilize it without moving to keep it in place. I was browsing Amazon and came across this reusable gel pack specifically designed for your wrist. What’s nice about it, is that it has a thumb opening that loops around your thumb and then wraps around your wrist with a velcro adhesive closure to keep in place. No more worrying about leaking baggies or trying to keep an ice pack in place; just wrap the gel pack around your wrist and go about your business. I recommend to anyone in search of a hassle-free, reusable gel pack, specifically designed for your wrist.
