Easy to operate and it does work
Best value easy to manage, would have been even better if it had two earbuds. Clear sound very little to none of background noise.Use inplace of hearing aids in situations.

Brought for Moms as she had to have the TV volume at 100 just to barely hear. Just recieved them and she tried them on and jumped at how loud the TV was. They work grweat and FSA payment was a plus !!!

Not worth the hype or money.
I was so disappointed in this product. The ear pods are so hard to attach to the base. Once I finally got them on, the only thing I could hear was a lot of extraneous outside noise and my own breathing. It is a good idea but not for elders who are shakey and actually want to hear. I am glad I didn’t waste any more money than I did.

What a great improvement in watching TV, and hearing my wife speak to me in her normal voice. I no longer have to walk over to her to ask her to repeat 3 timed.She so happy not to say things repeatedly.

Good design, but did not work for us.
Really wanted to like these. Nice design, similar to some bluetooth headphones I had in the past, but they would not stay in my elderly mother’s ears, no matter what earbud tip I tried. Plus, sound quality just okay. Might be her ears more than this product, but we will not be using these to help her hearing.

If you have dinky ear holes then this is not for you .but this works very well I tried it bit had to try holding them in. But being on a mobility scooter etc you can’t do that just to hear things. So had to return mine shame they don’t do the ear part half the size as it is .as it then would of been perfect for me.
