I know Mayuri! Just before she was fully paralyzed and lost her ability to speak, she told me, ‘When you have a day that is only 10% good, I turn that 10% into 100% for myself.’ Her words shocked and stunned me!!! It made me realize I was wasting time. So, you can only imagine, this book is full of Mayuri’s wisdom, making us aware of living life to its fullest. Though ALS has taken so much from her, her spirit has only grown brighter. She has gained something far greater—a depth of perspective that most of us, who often let life slip, by never even notice.
