This massager was wonderful, purchased for my mother in law who has arthritis and she loved it. I may purchase one for myself just because! The heat was great as well.

Not suitable for me.
Item worked fine. My hands didn’t fit properly so I didn’t get the full benefit. Most of pressure was felt in one area, my wrist got nothing. Heat was felt in palm only.

Unfortunate malfunction
It felt good for first 20 minutes then it kept ballooning with air and would not release any air to the point the control started popping off the glove and started to cut off circulation to my hand. The only way I could remove was to poke a hole to release the air. I still have impressions on my hand and wrist 30 minutes after I was able to remove it. I was really disappointed this happened right off the bat because what little time I used it I really did like it but for a few minutes I wasn’t sure if I was even going to be able to get it off at all. When I turned it off it retained the air and if I turned it back on in hopes it would work properly it just filled up even more. Returning it tomorrow
