Works beautifully to color icing! I didn’t purchase this for the health benefits or nutritional value so I won’t be reviewing that aspect. My kids don’t eat dye and my daughter wanted a vintage strawberry cake so I needed an alternative for green food coloring and thought this would work, I was right! There is no noticeable taste, it mixed very smoothly into the icing without being lumpy. The cake came out beautifully despite being dye free!
