I’ve needed this great item for a while now
I have not used it yet but it’s what I need to help me off the toilet when I’m away from home. It’s nice and sturdy and the person helping me to use it will be safe and not have to take a chance on hurting their back their arms or anything like that.

Heavy Duty Belt! Love the softer handles / so easy to use
I really like this belt because it is adjustable for up to 55″, has easy connect and removal belt buckle, and the handles have soft grips that helps when my hands are a little wet. This belt is great for who I need it for and gives me more confidence with handling my patient. I really appreciate that there are both horizontal and vertical handles and find they come in very handy for certain tasks I have to do. Price is very inexpensive! Construction is thick nylon and stitching is well done.

This device can be invaluable when dealing with the infirmed. The plan for this one is to donate it to a new facility which will be opening next year.While I am not familiar with these devices, I have dealt with fall-arresting equipment. This belt is not designed for arresting falls for construction or tree workers. However, it appears to be more than robust enough to handle its intended functions. The material used seems to be more than adequate and the stitching is well done.

I am so impressed by this Silmore transfer belt, it is exactly what I needed…My father is 85 years old and suffers from leg issues as well as balance control, our biggest challenge was getting him in and out of the car when going to doctor appointments or any other travelling events which in the past was a very stressful on all of us, especially for himThis transfer belt was a game changer, he is not a big man, only 150 lbs, once we sized the adjustable strap correctly it was very easy and quick to put it on and take it off.There are multiple handles which are very easy and comfortable to use for the handlers, in addition to providing multiple grips to account for angles and how many people were helping (my mother always insisted on helping and she’s 82 years old)One thing I was impressed with is that the inside of the belt has a slight rubber texture which stops the belt from sliding up or slipping once the belt is sized correctlyThe overall construction of the belt is excellent, there are no loose threads, it is very strong and well madeVery pleased with this transfer belt, it has made some very difficult and frustrating everyday tasks much simpler for my family and most of all for my fatherI highly recommend

Even with limited mobility, I could easily put this transfer belt on and adjust it using just one hand.The belt feels sturdy, and the soft handles are well-padded. When I leaned back against a hard surface, they didn’t poke or dig in.Two thumbs up

Great value for the price. Feels sturdy and secure when adjusted to waist size. Really like that it is adjustable. Our main use is going to be for transfers from chair to bed and chair to vehicle.Exactly as pictured. It arrived quick and in excellent condition.

* WELL CONSTRUCTED/SEWN with smooth seams, no loose threads* MULTIPLE HANDLES in VARIETY of POSITIONS for secure hold* PADDED HANDLES ensure NO CUTTING of hands, FIRM GRIPWhile this took some getting used to for both myself AND the senior being lifted from wheelchair, toilet, bed edge, chair etc, it definitely serves a much needed purpose.Gives sense of security for both lifter and person being lifted.I find because I no longer have to position myself under the armpit to lift them, it allows person being lifted more flexibility and range of movement to better hold onto me around my neck, which was not possible before.CONSCould be longer as may not fit around larger people.* Check CIRCUMFERENCE MEASUREMENTS before buying.MY RATING5 stars for dependability, ease of use, comfort, durability, practicality.
