Good product for targeted pain relief
I’ve been using these reusable gel ice packs for various injuries, and they work great. The size (5 x 10 inches) is perfect for targeting specific areas like the shoulder, knee, or back. They provide effective cold therapy, helping to reduce swelling and relieve pain after exercise or injury. What I really like is that they’re reusable, making them a cost-effective option. They’re also flexible enough to mold around the body, ensuring the cold therapy is applied precisely where needed.I’d recommend these ice packs to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile option for injury recovery or general pain relief. They’re easy to use, and the quality is solid.

WoW Great Size
I think a lot of us get an Over The Counter card with your health insurance, so I got one from the big WM store and it is too small for my lower back and hips, I have been living with Sciatica for way too many years with No help from my Dr. she’s too scared to write scripts for any pain killers. So I saw this and I looked at the measurements on the one that I purchased earlier and this is literally 2× larger and I’m absolutely happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it. I just pop it into a pillow case and put it on the area that hurts so darn bad 👎 and I’d definitely would recommend it, I don’t freeze it actually no need to freeze, I just take it out of my fridge and it works just as well as frozen, just not as long, but when I hurt I have fallen asleep with it and I don’t want to sleep with something frozen like I have before and it will burn your skin especially if you’re older as I am (70) and it hurts. Light weight and so simple to use. I love it 😍

Decent product at a reasonable price
Does the job, but doesn’t retain the heat as long as I was hoping it would.

I bought it for a relative. She reports back that it is great. Did not offer any other details,

Great value – Easy to use.
Perfect for a sore area that needs attention. Flexible and easy to use, hot or cold. We did 50 seconds in the microwave. Stayed hot/warm for at least 30 minutes. Decent price. Recommend.

Needs to be thicker
It’s just too thin. Warms up too quickly in less then 7 minutes after being frozen and taken out.

Size matters
These packs freeze quickly, stay frozen on body sight a good amount of time. The size is great for a large body part like your back, I used them for post op foot surgery with great results!

I have been using this product as a Cold pack for my neck and shoulder pain from the past few weeks. What I liked about this product is that once the pack is frozen well , it really lasts long, so it is very comforting. Would recommend this product.

This is a handy set of three gel packs in 3 different sizes that can either be heated or cooled to accommodate different needs. The three packs arrive in three separate boxes. The packs are made of a thick material that is unlikely to pop or break very easily and leak out the inside gel. They are also well sewn around the edges, giving the impression these will last for a long time.I use heat almost daily, but I also like to have ice packs available for when the need arises. I have these more to use as ice packs then heat pads as I already have several Magic Bags that I use for heat. I did try these as heat packs before I put them in the freezer just to see how they would work. I followed the instructions of not heating for more then 50 seconds in the microwave but found that it was not near warm enough even though I have a microwave that is more then the 800 watts it states in the instructions. Probably because it didn’t get hot enough in the first place I also found it didn’t stay warm as long as I would like. The other things I found was that these do not shape as nicely as a Magic Bag does when it comes to heat. The individual oats in a magic bag allows it to flex and shape as needed and also for it to stay closer to your skin without having to hold or press it into place. These packs need you to hold them in place and press on them if using them in a non-flat area. They might work better for something like a back, but I was using them on my jaw and did not find it effect. There is also an option to heat these by placing them in boiling water, since I already have heat options that are faster and less messy I have not tried this, but I feel like that would be effective on having the gel stay warm longer. So, nice perk to be able to use these as a heat pack, but I will stick to using them for icing. Similar to the heat issue, these are a bit stiff when trying to wrap around areas, they are not going to conform quite as easily as a bag of peas, but they provide a good long-term option that won’t turn into a hard rock after a few uses, like peas do. I tend to leave my packs in the freezer at all times, ready to be used when needed. These will be more flexible if you only put them in the freezer for an hour or so before using them.I like that the instructions are printed on the back of the pack. It’s somewhat obvious you need to freeze it for it to work cold, but having the heating instruction there is a handy option.
