Fast and accurate!
This works great. It was extremely affordable and worth every bit of piece of mind this gives. If you are looking for something to keep up with heart rate and o2 quickly this is for you. So long as you have good batteries this works quickly and has been accurate for my family.

This items works like a champ. I took it to my doctors office and it is accurately calibrated with their own like item. It comes in handy for why you want a fast heart rate reading rather than going through all the steps to have your home blood pressure machine give you the information.I highly recommend this product.

I was pleased that the fingertip pulse oximeter gave results that were more in line with professional measurements when I compared its readings to those taken at my doctor’s office and I’m comfortable using it as a tool for control despite my overall health due to how accurate the machine is always. Because it comes with two AAA batteries, I was able to start using the pulse oximeter as soon as I took it out of the packaging. This is a very useful feature provided. Great O2 and Pulse Device
My old O2 and pulse device finally gave up the ghost and died. So, I bought this one more based on price that anything else. A pleasant surprise, it’s ever better than my previous device. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but one of the things I really like about it is that as long as I put it on my right hand, I can read the numbers right-side-up. Most of them position the numbers so the medical technician can read them. I can’t count the number of times I had problems reading it while using the previous device.One word of caution. Think twice before putting the batteries in it. I knew better and I put one of the batteries in upside down. It took a long time and a lot of effort to get it out to reorient it. For a while, I thought I was going to have to throw it away and buy a new one.

A Must Have
My pulmonologist requested that I order this to keep track of my rate, based on the fact that my heart rate drops when exercising.I carry it with me everywhere I go, fits perfectly in my purse, pocket . High quality for the price accuracy is spot on, and the display is bright.So, very glad I made this purchase.

Limited views, very light sensitive.
Odd – I have had a few of these and this one seems to not want to work in direct sunlight. I tried it with the included batteries and it reads “Finger out” and turns off. I tried with fresh Duracells and it reads “low battery” then turns off.I went indoors and was packing it up to send it back and tried it again with the included batteries (AAA) and it started working. Went back outside and “finger out” popped up again. So, it’s very light sensitive.I went back inside and tried the Duracells. Still showed “low battery” even thought they tested fine in a voltmeter. So, there is something about either the fit or the output of the factory batteries that tells me once the supplied ones are dead, the whole device is dead. Perhaps lithium versions would drive it.It also does not have any orientation options. My others will rotate with each button push so you can read it rightside up regardlass of your position. This one only has a single display orientation.There is a menu where you can alter the brightness and the 10 second auto off feature is nice but off the three I own, this is the lowest rated. Head to head with the others (one on each finger) it is +/- 2 on all readings, so roughly the same accuracy. I would have sent it back, but this is one that requires you to print and box unless you go to Whole Foods and that drive would cost me more than the device is worth.
