My mother’s safety!
My mother has onset Dementia. We live in a large, 4,000sq ft house. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of home. Because I cannot hear her when she needs me, I ordered the alert system. It works well as described. The pricing was worth every penny. I am also a Nurse and Former Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (retired). This is very similar to the devices we used and at the fraction of the cost. Open the package and it’s ready to use. There is 2-sided tape in the package. I used it to attach the buttons, so that my mother would not hide them somewhere. I gave her one as a pendent to wear when I am outside or downstairs. Reception works well outside and in the home. Simple to use. All they have to do is push the red button. The alert sound is perfect. Design is simple to use and helps provide safety.

Great set for elderly care!
These are working great to keep my elderly mother safe. There are several different alarm sounds to choose from. The options for using lanyards or sticking to the wall with the included self-adhesive tabs is great. The signal works well from one side of my duplex to the other. My only issue so far is that when the receiver is turned off, it does not have any memory of the volume setting so it is really loud when you turn it back on but not a deal breaker for us. Great set to aid in caring for the elderly to keep them safe and connected to the caregiver.

This is an updated review. I was initially frustrated after receiving a faulty unit—while one receiver worked fine, the other had to be reprogrammed daily. However, I’m happy to report that the company truly stood behind their product. They promptly sent a replacement set for testing and followed up regularly via email to check on our experience. Their dedication and follow-through were not only appreciated but are also quite rare these days.The best part? The replacement receivers have been working flawlessly. Both our residents and staff love how simple the system is to use. We’re now preparing to purchase another system for our new facility.

Great Safety Device
Great pager for my 93 years old Mother in Law who is not totally disabled and resides with me and my husband and has balance issues…when and wherever she needs assistance all she has to do is push the red button. It is a great safety device and we are so happy we purchased this item. Thank you!!!

Batteries not rechargeable. Volume not loud enough.
The batteries are not rechargeable. The AC cord is just an alternative power source.The loudest setting isn’t really loud enough for my 86 yo father to hear and the vibration is only effective if it is worn or held. And you CAN’T set it to do BOTH!

Wonderful Addition To Home Care
This paging system works like a charm. My spouse has severe mobility challenges, so not only does he wear one of these buttons around his neck, I have also used double stick tape to strategically place other buttons around the house: his hobby room; the bathrooms; the kitchen, etc. Each button is identified by an exclusive number, so when it is pressed, not only does an alarm sound on my page, the pager displays the number of the alert button. That way, I immediately know where my husband is in the house. This is one of the best purchases we have made as we travel our new normal.

Peace of Mind | Just wish it had an app!
My mom lives me and my family, and since she is getting older and suffers from COPD and has a few other issues, I figured this would be a fantastic option. The buttons and receiver come in a brown box and they look exactly as they do in the product images. They’re lightweight and there are a few options as far as placement goes, which I like. I would say the receiver is medium in volume, so if you are hard of hearing I’m not sure this specific set would be ideal. However all of the buttons work great, and were easy to set up. I placed mine in the bathroom, her room, our patio, and the kitchen – which all of these are where she tends to go most. It’s nice that the recover is wearable and I am able to quickly look at it and see the designated number and know which room to go to. My only qualm is that I wish it had an app, I know that’s a bit techy for the price, but our phones are always on us and the receiver may not be.

Good product. It does what it is designed to do. However, the instructions are ambiguous on many points: batteries on the portable unit (hard to change and they were depleted upon arrival), changing the ring tones and alerts, etc.
