Easy to use and quite good quality for the price
This unit is compact and lightweight, simple to use – didn’t even need instructions. Not loaded with features like some more expensive audio recorders, so that keeps the menu system simple. Took just a few minutes to set the date/time and recording settings, and was using it right away. Recording quality compared side-by-side to a semi-pro recorder is pretty amazing. Listen to attached video, recorded with this unit and a Tascam DR-05 side-by-side, from an audiobook played thru a quality sound system at normal conversational volume in a large room. You wouldn’t use this to record a concert/musical performance for professional audio recording, but it can clearly pick up conversations in a large room as well as a larger, much more expensive recorder. Works as advertised and is simple to use. The only negative for these old eyes is the tiny display, but all you need to do is turn it on and hit record. You can easily see it is recording so that’s all you need when in-use. Disregard the comments about poor instructions and being difficult to use – I suspect these people have no experience with simple electronic devices. Even though I didn’t need them, I did look over them to see what all the complaints were about. The instructions are clear and comprehensive if you need to refer to them.

A little too complicated for my needs.
Would rate this higher but a little to complicated for me. I sometimes wake up in the middel of the night and have an idea I’d like to pursue but, if I turn on the light to write it down, I have difficulty going back to sleep. Was hoping to use this but just too complicated for that.

For paranormal investigating it works great!!!
Bought a few of these to go paranormal investigating and I must say they work well. Battery life is great! Playback function was nice and much clearer than anticipated! it holds a ton of sound files.

Shipped with wrong cable!
The recorder works okay, but it charges with a USB type C cable, and the company ships this item with a micro-USB cable instead . . . completely useless! This doesn’t reflect well on the company at all!

I purchase so long ago but last forever, I use it for journaling and it’s perfect. Very easy to use, informative on instructions, last forever with charge, just yes get it if you need one. It will record forever too.
