Stars – Great Fitness Tracker for the Price
I’ve been using this fitness tracker for a while and I’m impressed with how much it offers. The watch is lightweight, stylish, and very comfortable to wear. It tracks heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, and even sleep — which is great for keeping tabs on my health. The app is easy to use and syncs quickly with the watch. The waterproof function also works well — I’ve worn it while washing hands and even in light rain without issues. Battery life is decent too, lasting several days on a single charge. The only downside is the price might seem a bit high, but with all the features and the included extra band, I think it’s a good value overall.Highly recommend it if you’re looking for an all-in-one health tracker!

A True Everyday Companion
I’ve tried a few fitness trackers before, but this Health Smart Bracelet stands out for the sheer amount of features packed into such a lightweight device. The heart rate, blood pressure, and SpO2 readings are quick and surprisingly accurate compared to my home monitor. Sleep tracking has been very insightful, giving me a clear breakdown of deep, light, and REM stages.I love the 120 sport modes—it covers everything from running and cycling to more niche activities like yoga and rowing. The waterproof design is a big win for swimming and shower use, and I never worry about rain or sweat. The free app is intuitive and syncs data effortlessly, with clear charts and progress summaries. Battery life easily lasts a week, even with daily tracking and occasional notifications enabled.

This device doesn’t work as as advertised!!!
Does not read accurately. I was having an AFib episode and it didn’t register the heightened Heart Rate. My Oxygen level drops and it doesn’t show the lower level, stays at 97% about all the time.

Solid alternative to more expensive bands
I first heard about these wristbands / smart bracelets, and they’re all the rage on social media. I always wanted a Whoop, but it’s pricey, and I wanted something cheaper with similar features.I’ve been using this smart bracelet for a few days, and it’s been good so far. The app’s free, easy to use, and syncs fast with my phone. It tracks important health stuff like heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, and calories. I also like that it has a bunch of exercise options, just like the more expensive ones.Sleep tracking seems accurate too, compared to my Garmin watch. One thing I like is that even if I don’t have my phone, the wristband keeps collecting data and syncs later, which is handy.Calls and messages vibrate, which is great since I don’t always have my phone.Overall, it’s a good buy for the price. It’s not a Whoop, but it does the basics well and fits my needs without costing a fortune.

Great Value Fitness Tracker with Tons of Features!
This smart bracelet has exceeded my expectations — it tracks heart rate, blood pressure, SpO2, and even stress levels accurately. I love the 120 sport modes and sleep tracking, and the app is easy to use. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and the IP68 waterproofing means I don’t worry about sweat or rain. Definitely a great fitness companion for the price!

About what I expected given the low price
Blood pressure monitor accuracy seems to be about 10/5 mmHg low but is consistent. Pulse is accurate except when exercising. Therefore, the calories burned display in exercise mode is way low. It is waterproof and the battery life is awesome lasing for weeks between charges (I have notifications turned off).

Nice looking
Pros:- CANTENDO Brand and WHOOP Coach provide personalized advice based on comprehensive biometric data- No distractions-No subscription fees (free for life)Cons:- No social features (user-to-user interaction)- HardwareFirst Impressions: It’s just a smooth nylon band. Thanks to its subdued shape, there are no distractions such as notifications, speakers or screens. Battery life is up to 45-60 days and charging is easy: just slide the battery pack onto the device while wearing it. No cables or sockets are required.- Comprehensive data.If you’re switching from Apple Watch, you might feel overwhelmed by the dozens of pieces of data at first. But CANTENDO provides an excellent onboarding experience, with clear explanations of every metric. Unlike WHOOP compared to their fitness trackers that also use static algorithms, CANTENDO constantly calibrates and personalizes your baseline.Three key metrics: sleep, recovery and load. These metrics provide an important basis for understanding your overall health. Personally, I find the stress monitoring feature valuable and interesting to observe.- So …… What does it all mean? The truth about most wearables is this: they hand you tons of data and then expect you to figure it out on your own. Unless you have a background in exercise science, it’s easy to get confused by the data.CANTENDO solves this problem. It allows you to ask all sorts of questions based on the data. It’s the most useful feature I’ve seen in a wearable device. For example, I don’t think alcohol affects my sleep too much.
