Swing
Nicely made, and sturdy material. Was a bit difficult to install, as I’ve never used one before, but we got it figured out.

Functionally a great sensory swing!
I had been looking to buy a second sensory swing, as my two girls constantly want to be in the one we have at the same time. I looked at many different ones, and was hesitant to try a different one than we already have because it’s great. Alas, the adorable space theme and color won me over! However, the bright orange stitching on the daisy chain is a bit unsightly and I do wish it were black stitching so it didn’t stand out so much.Upon opening it the first thing I noted was how it came in a storage bag. I love this because we have another swing-like attachment that we occasionally hang up and it will be nice to have a place to keep this safe when we switch it out. I do have to say that my first thought after taking it out of the storage bag was that it was super soft and silky, but I worry that it will easily snag. We live in a very dry climate, so our hands are quite often cracking. I immediately went and put more lotion on my hands as I was worried I would snag the fabric. I will update the review over time if I notice this is an issue. As for the instructions, I did find them a little confusing. First, the hardware that it comes with is slightly different than it shows on the instructions. There are only 2 “self-tapping” screws, and 2 expansion screws. We hung ours using the self-tapping screws in a stud in the ceiling. The piece it came with only had space for 2 screws, which were included. However, the instructions also show another mount that is circular with 4 screws. I do feel that would be more secure, but so far we haven’t had any issues with the one that came with it. I felt comfortable testing it out, and I weigh 180 lbs. My suggestion would be to not have the other photo included. Secondly in regard to the instructions, I did find the O-tie to be a bit small for the thickness of the swing, but was able to make it work. My only complaint was again the directions say “step 1: take out the swing and hold the end as the picture”. Since we have another swing I knew what to do, but it’s a little difficult to tell what part of the swing they consider “the end”. I laid the swing out on the floor and used the end with the seam. I feel using the opposite end may put too much stress on the seam and when someone is sitting on it.My only other complaint is that the 360 spinning feature doesn’t appear to work very well. The daisy chain twists versus the swivel feature of the mount. I’m not sure if the mount will loosen over time or not, but I will update to 4 stars if it does.Overall, the sensory swing is functionally a great addition to our home and our kids love that they can both enjoy one at the same time. Especially my ADHD child as it greatly helps with her emotional regulation. It’s also right on par price wise with what we spent for our other swing, so I definitely think its a good value.

Great addition for high-sensory kid
This swing has been such a great addition to my son’s room. He’s 4 and a very sensory-oriented kid, so he took to it right away. The fabric is solid and well-constructed. The set comes with all of the things you’ll need to install, which is by far the most challenging part. We installed it into the ceiling in his room, and it’s stayed in okay, but needs to be tightened up and/or have longer bolts. With regular swinging the bolts have loosened over time. So something to think about when deciding where to install – if you can see the beam, or are using a separate structure that is made for this kind of swing then it should be a lot easier.Regarding safety, we provide a lot of supervision while my son is in the swing, and he has learned what is/isn’t okay. He typically lies down on his stomach, spanned out so he can play on the floor while snuggled in. We keep the swing pretty low to the ground for that reason. It is pretty easily adjustable and since it is stretchy, you may need to clip it higher than you think it needs to go.We went with the tie-dye color and he seems to like it. It’s kind of a nice bright rainbow of colors. Would recommend this swing overall, we’ve been very pleased, and he loves it!
