NeoCarbon TENS is my friend
First device had a problem in power button that eventually failed in week 3. I suppose that happens with anything you buy online.But the TENS was so effective in those first weeks, I returned for an identical unit which is working great +3 months later.Red pads supplied with Neocarbon unit are significantly better quality (more durable) than cheaper replacement pads (white). Plus, I found that the adhesive from the white pads irritated my skin after prolonged use. Red pads did not.Unit recharges quickly as advertised, and might last the represented 50 hours if you use the lower power setting. But running at full blast in EMS mode on both channels it will go closer to 35 hours.Unit is very handy, portable, intuitive to use and has adequate power. Case is a nice addition to hold supplies.TIP: If you are using this a on your lower back or legs, I recommend a back-up set of wires. While the original wires are tough and hanging in, if they are running across your back or down leg, they will take a beating from the accidental yanking and snagging on clothes. I’ve started using surgical tape to hold the slack in place against my skin. But unit and wires are still getting knocked around.Not sure these things work for everyone, but mine has been a game changer and I go to sleep every night with it set on 60 min. Dare I say these are addictive. When my sciatica is bad, I use it 12 plus hours / day. So addicted, I am looking at the 4 channel model before too long. However, this addiction is far less problematic than using pain meds and nearly as effective with constant use.This is a DEF recommend

Works Well!
I love the 3 modes, TENS, EMS. & RELAX, it has multiple setting which each mode. Charges easily and quickly. Charges last through multiple uses. You can pick from 10 minutes to 60 minutes at a time. The pads stick very well and i’ve gotten probably 20 uses from them before changing them out. This has been a game changer. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so I find myself very stiff when first waking up and I use it for about an hour and I’m great for the rest of my day. It really helps to loosen up my muscles and joints. Storage case is small and compact easy to carry or pack for vacations.

Great Little Unit
Highly recommend this unit. It is top quality and stays charged for a long time. I have reused the pads several times and they have great sticking power. Nice compact unit, good for travel. Works great for back pain.

Strong muscle stimulation, and easy to use.
I have purchased two, one black the other red of the same model. There are many features I really like about this unit. I purchased this to replace my old faithful unit of some 15 years. I had two prior competitors models one we barely use I cannot find a setting that is comfortable.Pros:-It is compact enough to drop it in a side or back pocket tuck in the wires and go about your business relatively unnoticeable.-Easy to find a setting you like. The screen is simple, and not so many settings that you cannot find what you are looking for. This screen is easy to read for older eyes.-Easy to recharge, although I admit I miss my unit that ran on a 9v battery.Cons:-The ad states that this unit provides up to 50 continuous hours once fully charged. This might be true on the lowest setting possible. But definitely not correct on a mid range setting of 10. I have chronic low back pain, so I attach the unit early in the morning, I let it run for about 4 hours per day, I use it three days and need to recharge. I do not even get the full 4 hours on the third day. This is the same for both units so it is doubtful that one unit is defective.Overall I really do like this unit, I simply do not believe that a Lithium battery is the best choice for a unit that you want to use all day long.Would I recommend this unit, definitely. Just need to deal with recharging a little to frequent.

The Bride has periodic tight lower back and neck pain. She had a different brand that she liked but it broke. After researching the reviews she settled on this unit and she loves it. Found it easy to setup and is much more compact then her last unit. Plus she said the battery seems to last twice as long without recharging.She claims it calms her muscles quicker than the other unit. In short, she loves it and said highly recommended.

Surprisingly and shockingly powerful!
I bought this thinking it may work as well as the one the acupuncturist I see uses. I now realize she either doesn’t use hers correctly or hers is broken (maybe she is just a scaredycat and doesn’t turn it up)… but as soon as I powered on and turned it up just a few points – wow!! Does this produce enough power? I had to stop turning it up with room to spare because it was so strong it frightened me. I can make my quadriceps jump out of my skin to a beat! In any of the modes the response is profound and I have a lot of experimenting to do but holy cats. If you are on the fence wondering if a device like this can really have an effect, well, you could hurt yourself with this thing… ! Wow. I have been sitting here at level 7 and had almost forgotten that I was even using it until it turned off… and then I remembered why I bought it. Level 7 is profound and I don’t know how far it will go yet but I can’t get to 20 because, well, it feels like I am electrocuting myself, ha. And that is exactly what I want: a very powerful therapeutic tool Will it fix me? Who knows but it won’t be for lack of power from this little device. Amazing! I was all caught up in the 80 vs 100 ma debate and let me tell you (as someone who over does everything) I have to wonder if 100 wouldn’t be too strong. Get this one and get zapped! 🙂

Absolutely incredible 11/10
I am so beyond blessed to have found this guy. I have another TENS but doesn’t offer the massage selection. I struggle with fibromialga and also broke my neck in a car accident. Ya’ll, YOU GET what you PAY for. Sure this guys $40 extra but man was it worth it. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this product. And the battery life…outstanding. yall have no clue what your missing out on! GET THIS LITTLE ( but powerful) GUY, THANK ME LATER!

This is my 3rd or 4th TENS unit. I’ve had back problems for years and previously bought units online from manufacturers or at trade shows. This is, by far, the best TENS unit I’ve had. Robust build, nice case to keep everything together, everything looks like it’s well made, additional pads are available on Amazon, etc. I’ve already recommended this unit to friends because at $75 it’s just a great deal. For the record, the other “lesser” TENS units I’ve had were all well over $100.

Very good TENS unit for mild/moderate muscle strain and tension. Unit works well with quite a good variety of programming options. Battery life excellent, more than 20+ hrs of use per charge so far. Unit is compact and slim, easy to fit in a pocket. Nice hardshell case. Would definitely recommend.

Partially tore my bicep and my physio therapist recommended I pick up a tens machine. This one is the Cadillac of tens machines. The TENS feature works great on my arm. An unexpected amazing feature is the relax function. This thing is amazing at making my body feel better. Neck, shoulder and low back pain all decreasing. I work at a desk all day and it’s great for winding down when my body gets sore from poor posture and ergonomics.Pads are good and really sticky. Definitely worth every penny and easy to use and care for.
