Get this set before ordering a Smart Ring….and then the ring
Glad I got this set. It provided me the right size I needed for my Smart Ring, and prevented me from getting the wrong size. This saves the guess work, and worth the few bucks to find out the size I really needed.After getting the Smart Ring, and being blocked from doing a review on it, I’ve added it here, so beware of these APPs (see pics).The Apps want full access to your phone, your text messages, photos, and contacts, and…access to DELETE your contacts. How’s that for something you want to have on your phone? Even if you opt out, whose to say they still don’t have access? I’m not sure what the charging block is for either, as I used it to charge the ring, and it showed fully charged, then used the magnetic cord to charge the ring directly, and it charged for another 2 hours…so what’s the block for? As for accuracy of the ring, it’s understood it’s for reference only, so don’t take it as official tracking. I use mine basically for sleep, and it’s not bad, but it’s way off for blood pressure. Steps are close, but not great. The SP02 reading is fairly accurate as well. I tested this against my other meters for verification. The App is from China, so you are giving them access. Read the Privacy Policy.

Awesome ring!
I am usually a size 7 on my ring finger so a size 9 in this would fit my thumb or my ring finger. So if you want a ring to fit your pointer finger (I’m a size 9 in my pointer) you would double up which would be a size 11 in this. My hands actually swell a lot at night so decided to get size 12 ring in this and put a clear nose pad inside the ring to keep it from coming off, works great. This is a light ring and to the point! Tracks steps, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure etc. You don’t need a subscription which is fantastic and set up was super easy. Glad I didn’t pay for an oura ring because this is sufficient and does what its supposed to. Battery life is also great. It says water resistant but I still take it off to wash my hands just so I can prolong its integrity. Great ring overall.

I was not sure when i was ordering but wow wow wow am surprised it WORKED, it tracl sleep,heart, steps etc etc, look sleek and light weight, very comfortable, super nice quality, bettery last long in 1 charge and smooth and fast data sync,100% worth it.

Horrible app.
Ok the ring is fine- charges quickly and holds the charge, says it measures all the things, but I’m not convinced it’s accurate. It may not be the ring but instead the crappy app. It says I’ve only walked 42 steps today,(I’m almost at 10,000 on my watch). No sleep recorded for last night, and there is no calendar to go back and check dates or compare stats. It doesn’t help the app is in broken English either. Sending it back.
