These Work as Intended!
The utensils are excellent. They do exactly what they are supposed to do – make it easier for someone with essential tremors or Parkinson’s tremors use eating utensils without dropping or clanking nearly as much as they would with regular utensils. Yes, they are heavier than normal utensils. No, they do not completely take the shakes away, but they help you manage through the problem. My wife appreciates being able to do just that. I highly recommend these utensils to anyone with that type of issue.

Great! Ordered second set
Honestly never knew such a thing existed until doing research to help a family member with hand tremors. Eating had become incredibly frustrating for him, and he was particularly self-conscious in restaurants and at dinner parties with friends. These weighted utensils have been a game-changer; I ordered a second set just a few days after he responded so well to the first. (Also went down the rabbit hole of weighted gloves and pencils; he how has both.) The utensils are stylish, subtle, seem well constructed, and are comfortable for him to hold and use; they don’t eliminate the tremors, but they steady his hands enough for him to eat. We’ve already recommended them to friends who also struggle with shaky hands.The only criticism is the high price tag, which has only increased in the 20-some days since I ordered our sets. Although the price does seem to be market value, it may be prohibitive to users who could significantly benefit from these helpful tools.

Very helpful for tremors
I’ve used these nearly every day since they arrived. They add a little dignity into the day. The fork, knife and soup spoon are just what I needed. The tablespoon bowl is a bit wide but I don’t use it very often.

Practical, helpful, great gift
Got this for somebody and they seem to be doing a lot better with eating, not spilling soups and things as much. Worthwhile investment and probably the best gift I’ve given them. Very practical and I’m glad it not only helps, but they like it.

Well Made, Helps a Little
This set is well made and nicely polished. Be aware that the physical size of each utensil is quite large and heavy even for weighted utensils. The last set from a different brand I got a few years ago averaged 2.5 oz. per piece and this averaged 7 oz per piece. My condition got a lot worse so I figured this would help more, but if it does help more, it’s very marginal. I may or may not return these as I really want these to help.

If someone in your family suffers from tremors this is the cutlery for them. They do not stop the tremors but the weight reduces the tremors so that the person can actual get some food into their mouth. I know they are on the pricey side but well worth it. I have tried other cheaper types and they did not perform as well. The nice thing is you can take them out to a restaurant or someone’s house for dinner and they do not look out of place and draw attention to the person eating. Love that there is 2 large spoons. Very nice!

Bought these for my father who has hand tremors.He says they are good 75% of the time but hen they tremors are bad they don’t work as well.He is very happy with them, he feels they help him when he’s eating.They are good quality.
