Great For After surgery – Make Things Easier On Yourself
I purchased these shorts for my husband after his hip replacement . He kept saying no no because they were different lol. BUT after wearing them and having the ease of access to the drain tube , the ability to dress himself (as usual )without causing himself any more pain.The nurses and doctors at check-up appts were so thrilled with the ease of checking sutures and tube access and removal . They are amazing !! The style is a typical lounge type loose short with Velcro sides on each outer leg. Elastic waist. He said they are comfortable not too heavy and the velcro does not make them uncomfortable to lay around in or walk or do PT in . Stylish enough for the extreme functionality . Size runs true as stated – colors available – wont regret it

Sturdy, reliable and look great
These shorts more than met my expectations. I needed something easy to use for my husband after he was released from the hospital and these did not disappoint. Nice sturdy fabric and the Velcro snaps are strong and stay together all day long. In top of that they look great. True to size and work perfectly for what I need.

Comfortable
Very comfortable, hood to use for people who are recovering from hip replacement surgery. You can undo the sides of the shorts to put ice packs to your affected area.

Not Long enough
I bought this for my surgery along with two similar products. This was the only one I returned.That said, conceptually I liked them, and trying them on I could see potential.The problem I caution you on: Look carefully at the length and decide if that’s what you want. I’m sure for some folks these would be just fine, but for those of us who are relatively tall and/or don’t like showing a bunch of leg around they are simply no where near long enough.I wish they made this with a much longer inseam, but alas by the time they got around to it my recover will likely be over.You’ll see out there there’s a few varieties with Zippers or Buttons. As far as feeling them on you I liked the Velcro much better when trying on, but that doesn’t make up for the rest. This company makes another longer version with Buttons, which were my least favorite feel wise, but I bought my sample of that from another brand.Also keep in mind, the gap between fasteners will show in certain instances, and FEELS A LOT LIKE A POCKET when you’re not looking at it. Probably better with the velcro than snaps, but see above.

Great at first but the velcro is not of high quality so it wears out far to quickly, resulting in the shorts opening on their own volition. Just needs some better quality velcro, e.g. military spec. A wider choice of colours would be nice too.
