Able to close a purse that did not come with a snap or zipper
Purchased these snaps in order to be able to close a crocheted purse. I like the magnetic snap, it works just like those on a purse that came with a snap. So far, it is keeping me purse closed, snap works well, and the larger size is perfect for my needs. I recommend these snaps.

Classy, Sturdy, Recommend
I am crocheting some small purses for XMAS this year, just small ones to put your earbuds in, or some other treasure. lipgloss, breath mints – you get the picture. I was looking for a closure that looked very classy, yet was easy to sew onto my projects. They are light yet substantial in that they will not bend. They have a slot in each corner for securing to your item, and it is wide enough to allow several yarn pass throughs to secure the clasp. I was very pleased with how pretty these look and they will be a great addition to any project. I will be ordering many more.

Perfect size for my cropped Quilted coat to replace hook and eye closures.
I bought these to replace hooks on a quilted jacket I purchased from Amazon. The jacket was just too oversized, but super comfy. They are very sturdy, easy to sew onto the jacket. And I was pleased to find they were a bit smaller than I thought, so I will add more down the front to keep the cold out better. Great value for the cost, and I’ll have a bunch leftover. They are a shiny gold which will be cute on the navy flowered jacket. They also hold tightly closed, so you don’t have to worry about the jacket popping open on you.

Great to have on hand
These little magnets are great to have on hand. I sewed a set on on a crotchet purse that did not have a zipper or closure just to keep the top closed, worked perfectly. I’m sure I’ll find more uses so I’m glad I have extras on hand.

Not strong enough
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Should have paid attention to the reviews about these not being stong enough. Needed one for a large purse made of upholstery material. Tedious to sew on and it wasn’t strong enough to hold it closed. It would probably be fine for a small purse tho. Now have to order the stronger ones.

Étant hémiplégique du côté gauche, je ne peux pas attacher mes boutons,alors j’ai utilisé les boutons magnétiques pour remplacer des boutons qu’on doit attacher avec une boutonnière.ils sont très efficaces et tiennent bien… faciles à attacher à une main et à détacher…

I like these closures because they can be sewn into the garment (crochet tote) after it’s been completed. I’m fairly new to crochet and even newer to adding closures. This allows me to hand sew them on afterwards. The magnetic closure is strong.
