More than Just a Knee Brace!
This knee gel pack is so much more than for the knee. It works on the shoulders because of the generously long straps and secure Velcro fasteners. I haven’t yet put it in the freezer to use as a cold pack but I have used it as a heat pack and boy does it hold the heat! My husband fell from quite a height and injured his foot resulting in bruising and swelling. Nothing broken fortunately. So he’s been icing with an ice pack and then using the knee pad for heat. It fits beautifully around his foot and is held securely in place. I originally purchased it to use on my shoulder but haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Once my husband’s foot heals, I’ll use it with castor oil on my shoulder to alleviate some minor complaint. I may order another one just to have the flexibility of an extra one in the house.Update 5/28/25 – I was mistaken about this brace working on the shoulder. The straps are quite long but not long enough to span the circumference of an adult. I’m not a large woman and these straps won’t wrap around me in order to adhere to themselves. I’m using it now but it’s held in place by a long ace bandage. Also, this brace heats up great but do not let children or elderly people use this unsupervised as it does get quite hot. Shouldn’t be used on bare skin.

It works!! Buy if you need it
The jaw bra works!!My son had 8 teeth removed and thank you to the jaw bra it relieved a LOT of the pain. He only took over the counter medication and had a quick recovery.It works just as described. Vet easy to use and stays in place. It stays cold and you can rotate the packs to keep comfortable.

The sizing has some design flaws
I am having some left shoulder pain and decided to try a compression sleeve to aid in recovery. This is a gel pack meant to be kept in the freezer. It seems of nice quality material and is comfortable when attached. The instructions for placement are for the right shoulder. For the left shoulder, it is best to pre-attach the velcro and slip it over your head and into place under the arm. The velcro ends up behind your back and cannot be reached for attachment otherwise. So yes, it works on either shoulder, but was designed with the right shoulder in mind. The XL is the right length for my body, but the arm size is slightly too large for compression purposes. The cold therapy will be beneficial, but the compression needed is not adequate. The regular size would have had the proper compression, but would not have fit my body, because the strap would have been too short. So, this is not a perfect design that is going to work on all body types. I’m going to keep this for the cold therapy, but may need a different compression sleeve.

These are extremely well made hot/cold knee packs that are working great for my mom’s bad knees. They help in her pre and post physical therapy exercises. They are comfortable, easy to use and flexible.

Essential for Recovery: Comfortable and Effective Ice Pack Head Wrap!
I can’t recommend the Fittest Pro Wisdom Teeth Ice Pack Head Wrap enough! This product was a lifesaver during my son’s recovery after wisdom teeth removal. The head wrap is comfortable and easy to adjust, and the four gel packs provide excellent hot and cold therapy for pain relief. Whether he was using the cold packs for swelling or the heat for soothing comfort, they worked perfectly and provided consistent relief. The design is very practical, allowing for a secure fit, and I love that the gel packs are reusable. If you’re recovering from oral surgery, TMJ, or even a tonsillectomy, this ice pack head wrap is definitely worth it!

Best ice pack for joints!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love how this ice pack is sectioned into form fitting spaces that allows it to wrap around my knee! I was using an older style with an elastic bandage around it, post surgery, but it was difficult to juggle the two. The built in straps on this ice pack is perfect and even better quality than I expected. It was delivered today and it took less than two hours to freeze.

Mixed review for this one, but, overall I’m glad I bought it. It does fit well (I have thicker arms with batwings too). It does cool the shoulder nicely. There are two concerns/drawbacks. And one wish list. Concern 1 is if you put it in the fridge it doesnt get or stay cold enough. But in the freezer its so cold it will damage skin from exposure. Concern 2 is as many other reviews mention, there is not an easy way to put it on one-handed or by yourself. Most people using this have a bum shoulder, i physically cant reach across my body to tighten this. Now, my one wishlist iten is that it had a little bit more to start going up the neck a little. Cover more of the upper traps muscle. Most people with bum shoulders also have the pain going up into the back of their neck. As I said, i like it, I just have to be cognizant of the temperature and ensure i put a scrap of fabric under it if I do it at night.
