You May Get More Than What You Pay For
I bought this chair for my uncle after trying out two others around the same price point—and returning both. They looked good online but turned out to be poorly designed and cheaply made. I was close to giving up and spending more on a higher-end model, but the Equinox looked promising in the photos, so I gave it one last shot.I’m amazed—and honestly relieved—that a chair at this price could be built this well. If this is what a proper wheelchair is, I don’t know what those other two were. This thing is built like a tank.My uncle weighs about 245 lbs, and he mentioned how sturdy the armrests feel when he pushes down to get up. The chair has no trouble handling his steep, gravel driveway—proof that it has serious motor power. He’s also taken it on trails, and the anti-tip wheels are a smart touch. The battery life is impressive—after a full day out, he didn’t recharge until day 3, and it still showed more than half a charge.He has some lower back issues, and the reclining feature has been a real relief. The lever is easy to reach, and it helped him stay comfortable during a recent staycation. He also mentioned how convenient it was during his hotel stay—he didn’t have to unload and unfold the whole chair. Since the batteries are accessible from the side, he was able to pop them out while the chair was still folded in the trunk. That’s a smart design feature that made things so much easier.This chair has truly given my uncle a new sense of freedom and independence, and I’m genuinely impressed by the quality. I only give 4 stars because, I had a hard time getting support from company at first, I I had it for close to two weeks before I could use the chair due to error readings on joystick, Amazon was great about sending messages to seller? I Believe it was just handled rough during shipping, When I finally got the new controller, it worked great, It does very well on grass?I even tried it on my neighbor’s small gravel drivewayIt was great I was able to get out and ride around on our 3 acre yard. I have tried it on second speed setting first but soon went back down to 1st speed setting. Getting used to driving it down my long 2 direction ramp. I also noticed a crack in one of the tops of the batteries, I sent another message, and two days later they offered to send me a new battery, it will be here in 5 days. I do believe it was from shipping. But regardless I am loving getting out on my own after 3 years. Definitely recommend.

High quality electric wheelchair for a great price
When my Equinox Electric Wheelchair was delivered I was extremely happy on the quality of the wheelchair. It’s drives great very controlable and easy to maneuver. It also has a very long battery life and easy to transport in and out of my vehicle. There customer service was top notch, answering any questions i had in a fast and professional way. I would recommend this wheelchair for anyone looking for a high quality chair for a great price!

Excellent Electric Wheelchair
This a very well built wheelchair with plenty of great features. The convenience of the two removeable lithium battery packs is excellent. The mechanical structure looks to be very solid and looks like it can withstand a lot of weight and stress. It folds up very nicely and has a nice cover. The seat is very comfortable. The weight is not bad for something this well built. It has strong motors and can do a zero radius one hundred eighty degree turn.

So far, I am very pleased with my equinox wheelchair. My previous wheelchair stopped running but the batteries tested positive, and we could not determine the cause without spending a lot purchasing new parts. Unfortunately, there are no businesses that repair wheelchairs in this area. Consequently, I had to hobble along on my walker until I found my Equinox on Amazon for a very reasonable price. It was shipped right away and everything they advertised seems to be true. I especially like the large tires on the back and the foot rest. Thumbs up!
