Perfect for sleep, couch, or at my desk!
This is perfect for summer months or just sitting on the couch or doing work at my desk. It’s the perfect weight. I can’t use my big one in the summer. It’s super soft too. Just the right size weight and feel.

Comforting
This is more like a throw as the size is not incredibly large. I put it over the top of my comforter at night. It’s also nice when sleeping on my side to add a little weight across my hip/abdomen. I do dislike how the beads shift from time to time, but overall not a major issue.

A small but mighty weighted blanket
I have a regular weighted blanket (twin size, 25lb) and I love it but it is A) sometimes a bit more than I need B) inconvenient and bulky to store / carry from room to room and C) too hot!That’s where this baby comes in! It’s the perfect size and weight to place wherever you need it. I use it for cramps/leg pain, I also lay it across my chest for anxiety or to help me relax before I go to sleep. I love how easily I can take it from my bed to my couch, I’ve even used it as a passenger on long car rides! I keep finding new uses for it, so I’m sure theres more you can do with it. I’ll fold it in half to sort of double the weight distribution sometimes as well.It’s so soft and velvety, easy to spot clean as needed. The stitching is strong and it doesnt feel like its going to come apart anytime soon. Apparently it’s machine washable but so far I’ve only needed to spot clean it.I recommend it if you’re looking for something that takes up less space but provide many of the same functions as a “regular” size weighted blanket.

Loving this lap blanket more than I thought I would
This lap blanket has been a game changer. Initially, I got it to add a little weight to “push” heat from a heating pad (when my pug isn’t cooperating by laying on top of me) onto my abdomen. The beads get warm, and even after the heating pad clicks off, it stays a little warm, which I like. Now, most nights I take it to bed with me even though I’m not using a heating pad and have no pain. I can’t really explain why it helps. It just feels so good. Not too heavy. Not too light. Easy to wash. No need to pay Nod Pod prices. I love them, but this one does the trick for way less.

It helps my sleep about half the time.
I got this weighted blanket to try to improve my sleep. I knew I didn’t want a full size blanket, nor a heavy one as I live in the South and it is summer time here, as I write this review. This child’s 7lb. size fits well across my legs, from mid shin to just above my knees. That is where I feel the tension and restlessness the most on some nights. It helps on about 1/3 of my nights. One 1/3 it is just too hot to use and the remaining 1/3 is just due to pain. This blanket is soft and just the right weight, even for a plump grandma! As with anything, it may or may not help in your situation – it’s just a matter of trial and error. Fortunately, this smaller blanket is not nearly as expensive as a full size weighted blanket.

This is great. My Doc has wanted me to use a bigger and heavier blanket but it is too heavy for me. At least I can pick this one up and cover with it.

Restless legs relief
I have restless legs at night. This is the perfect size for my legs only. I put lavender oil on my legs and then this blanket on my legs and it works to relieve symptoms

Easy to use anywhere.
I found the weight to be perfect for sleeping. It’s easy to move around doesn’t bother your partner. It would be nice if it had a cover to make it earlier to wash.

I bought this because my full-size weighted blanket is hard on my injured knees. This much smaller one is better, but I wish that it was wider so that when I turn over while sleeping it stays on and does not slip away.
