An Essential Item for Daily Life with my toddler
My son has a really hard time with transitions and we needed something as a visual tool for him to understand when we were winging down activities. I also use this timer for his timeout and he has made a game with the rainbow to help the time pass. As an ASD mom, this is essential for us to get through the day! easy to use, quick setup, fun colors and good clear sound. Would 1000% recommend this.

Great item
Great item based on video; but it was shipped used and in non-working condition.

Beautiful and fun way to teach young kids about the concept of time
This is a fantastic way to get kids to understand time especially because our son and most other kids love rainbows and this can count down or up make sure that it is in the right position for what you’re doing cuz sometimes you’ll have it in the wrong position and think it’s not working. But it has settings at 10 minutes 15 minutes 8 minutes 5 minutes 3 minutes 2 minutes and 1 minute for all sorts of things and we just say okay when the rainbow’s done it’s time to go or go to sleep or whatever and it works fantastic with recommend this very highly. We bought two

Would be AMAZING if it worked reliably
I bought this for my classroom, for my kindergarten students to time their sensory breaks. They are allowed to have 5 minutes at a time in our break space, and setting a timer is the hardest part for them. In the past I used a cube timer, but even putting that in the correct position was hard for some students (or they would conveniently ‘forget’ to set it)I mounted this on the wall of the break space, set to 5 minutes, and explained it to the kids. The good: Super visible, only one button for the kids to press, adjustable volume on the sound at the endThe bad: There is a delay before the display lights up, and if the student thinks they didn’t do it right and presses it again, the timer seems to pause. This results in an infinite sensory break. There seems to be no way to prevent students from pausing it, and at least some students have been pausing it intentionally to get an extra long break. The ugly: Just doesn’t work. Sometimes it seems to hang up and stop counting, as though it has been paused but without any input. Much more of the time, however, it just plain doesn’t turn on, and students come interrupt me to tell me that the timer isn’t working, or students that are upset and really need a break just give up and go cry at their desk because they can’t set the timer. I have to cross the classroom and use the volume wheel to turn the timer off and back on again to get it to work again, and it only stays functional for like an hour.My hope was that this would be an easy timer for students to set, cutting down on the number of times that I had to help students with the timer during lessons. Instead it has multiplied the number of times I have to stop teaching to help, and at times I have just had to declare that the break space is closed just so that we can get a lesson finished. Very disappointed.

Very cute and useful
Love the look of it and so does my kid and my students. However, it only beeps twice when the time runs out. I wish it would beep longer in case the kids didn’t hear it the first two times.

Great visual aid
I got this timer to help with transitions for my 3 year old. It is very simple to set up and use: you just select the time increment with a switch on the back (1,3, 5, 10 or 15 minutes) and press the cloud to start the countdown. My toddler loves the colors and the rainbow animation. It was easy for them to understand that as the rainbow disappears, time is going down. The alarm at the end isn’t annoying or jarring and the volume can be adjusted, which was a huge plus for us adults. We primarily use it for countdown to bedtime, but it also can be used in count up mode. I do wish the price was a bit lower but have no regrets with my purchase.

Super cute timer!
Super cute timer! I initially bought it for my toddler to use for time outs, but it is a little bit too fun for that. Highly recommend for clean up time, or even to set a limit on certain activities. Not too loud or obnoxious thankfully too!

What a beautiful let down for a simple satisfaction assisting accessory
Okay while my child seems to love it…the point of this was to help with “time out” tracking and to give him something to help visual distract and calm him down. I had to stop giving it to him to hold because he would restart it or pause it. I really dont understand how it really works because the directions dont help. It sounded so simple. Set the length of time and press the button to start for count down or count up…I thought I ordered a knock off band because it never works right. The button to start the timer never turns on correctly and the count down or up is never accurate. This is the most let down of a simple cute visual timer I have ever seen. If it worked correctly then sure, great, but everytime the timer does go off you have to reset or turn the volume button on and off to use it again. Why ? I have a few more days to return it and now that I know its not user operation fail 🙃 😔 I think I want to but my child loves it so I am torn. I wished they could just send me one that actually works…any help from other users experiencing similar malfunctioning?

Game changer for bath and bedtime routine! We race the timer! And celebrate when we finish before the timer ends. With times at 1, 3, 5, 10 & 15 minutes it gives lots of options. As young children have no concept time, this visual time has been fantastic!
