Cute and Functional Timer – Works Well, but Not My Favorite Color Combo
This is a solid little timer that does exactly what it’s supposed to. It came with batteries already included, which was a nice surprise and made setup super convenient. The countdown function is easy to use, and I really appreciate the silent operation—no ticking sound, which is great for both kids and adults trying to stay focused.The design is fun and kid-friendly, making it a great fit for a classroom, study space, or even the kitchen. That said, I’m not the biggest fan of the specific color combination I chose. It’s not bad, just not as visually appealing as some of the other styles available. I might pick a different one next time, but overall I’m happy with how it performs and the value for the price

This timer is great. I selected it as it has a mute alarm feature which my son needed for a standardized exam. This works great and the switch takes a little push to move between high alarm, low alarm, and mute so I feel good that he won’t accidentally switch it and get kicked out for sounding an alarm. This visual timer has an interesting feature in the big red button. The button allows you to pause the alarm or turn it off if it is sounding. If you are using the mute alarm, a small light shows up red and flashes. The alarm will sound or the light will flash for either 5 seconds or 30 seconds, depending on your selection. If you want a time under five minutes, move the timer past five minutes and then back again.It has a hanging hole in the back or magnets to hang it up or you can just set it up on your desk. The visual element is great for time management and works very smoothly. Plus it’s a little old-fashioned TV with antenae.*Note*Vine reviewers are invited to select products on offer which Amazon then sends for free. Me encantó desde el momento en que lo saqué de la caja. Viene con pilas incluidas (¡olé por eso!) — hoy en día que casi nada las trae, es un detalle que se agradece un montón. La caja contenedora es monísima, como esos detalles que te alegran la cocina con solo mirarlos.El tamaño es perfecto: pequeñito y manejable, no ocupa nada de espacio, y tiene unos imanes en la parte trasera que hacen que se pueda pegar fácilmente en la nevera o en cualquier superficie metálica. Yo lo usé principalmente para cocinar y medir los tiempos, que ya se sabe, en la cocina es fundamental tener un buen temporizador para no acabar con la cena quemada o cruda.🧁Y hablando de eso, el sonido es justo lo que esperaba, nada intrusivo, suave y nada estridente, que avisa sin agobiar ni alterar la tranquilidad de la casa. This is an excellent visual timer. Love that it gives you the ability to change the volume and the length of time the timer goes off. It’s a simple thing, but being able to visually see time passing like this can be really helpful for those of us with time blindness! Extra convenient as it has magnets on the back, so you could mount it easily.

Onestamente, al giorno d’oggi, con smartphone, Alexa e assistenti virtuali che spuntano da ogni angolo, che senso ha comprare un timer fisico? Eppure, questo piccolo oggetto mi ha dimostrato che in alcuni casi non solo può essere utile, ma addirittura prezioso.L’ho preso principalmente per mia figlia, che ha una disabilità cognitiva e, come conseguenza, ha molta difficoltà a percepire e comprendere il concetto astratto del tempo. Questo timer, con il suo disco colorato che si riduce visivamente, si è rivelato un ottimo aiuto. Le permette di “vedere” lo scorrere dei minuti e di capire, almeno a grandi linee, la differenza tangibile tra 5 e 20 minuti. Per questa specifica funzione, per me vale già il massimo dei voti.Al di là del mio caso personale, il prodotto è oggettivamente ben fatto. Il look è adorabile, perfetto per la camera di un bambino, ma il design è così pulito e moderno che non sfigura affatto in altri ambienti della casa. Anzi, l’idea di metterlo vicino alla console per darsi un limite di tempo durante le sessioni di gioco non è affatto male! È silenziosissimo (niente ticchettio fastidioso), l’allarme è regolabile e ha anche una comoda funzione di pausa.Il prezzo, circa 15 euro, mi sembra assolutamente adeguato per la qualità e la funzionalità offerte.C’è un unico, piccolo difetto: se si vuole impostare un tempo inferiore ai 5 minuti, è necessario ruotare la manopola oltre il 5 per “caricare” il meccanismo e poi tornare indietro al tempo desiderato. È una piccola seccatura, ma onestamente è un fastidio minimo di fronte alla simpatia e all’utilità di questo timer. Non abbastanza da fargli perdere una stella.

Ich habe den kleinen Wecker im Rahmen des VINE-Programms zum Testen (kostenlos) erhalten und war so begeistert, dass ich mir gleich noch einen zweiten bestellt habe.Genauer gesagt hatte ich den ersten Wecker nicht lange zum Testen, dann kam ein Familienmitglied und hat so lange gequengelt, bis ich ihn weiter gegeben und für mich eben nochmal einen gekauft habe.Der kleine Zeitmesser bietet einfach ALLES was man sich wünscht:Vorteile:- Man erkennt anhand der roten Scheibe, sofort wie viel Zeit noch übrig ist, denn die läuft mit.- drei verschiedene Methoden des Alarms:* nur optisch: es blinkt eine kleine LED* kurz: es piepst und blinkt für 5 Sekunden, danach ist Ruhe* lang: es piepst und blinkt für 30 Sekunden.- kein Ticken oder Klackern, der Timer läuft vollständig lautlos rückwärts- bis 60 Minuten- wegen der roten Scheibe statt eines dünnen Zeigers super einfach einzustellen- witziges Design im Comic-Stil, macht sich wirklich überall gut, bei mir steht er auf dem Schreibtisch und erinnert mich alle 60 Minuten daran, mal aufzustehen und was zu trinken- Batteriebetrieben, läuft auch mit Akkus- auf der Rückseite ist ein Magnetstreifen, der Zeitmesser hält prima am Kühlschrank (habs ausprobiert, der hängt bombenfest)- auf der Rückseite gibt es noch zwei schlüsselloch-förmige Löcher, mit denen man den kleinen Zeitmesser an Nägel oder Schrauben hängen kannNachteile:- konnte bisher keine feststellen, bin echt begeistertFAZIT:Absolute Kaufempfehlung für jung und alt, als Küchenwecker, als Erinnerung z.B. regelmäßig zu trinken oder sich mal vom Schreibtisch / Tablet / Handy weg zu bewegen und ein wenig zu stretchen und und und.
