Easy to set up
This camera is so easy to set up. It’s easy to use and has great graphics and sound. I got it for my daughters room and I am very pleased.

Better as a Baby Monitor
My dad is getting up there in age but still wants to live independently. I got this monitor to keep an eye on him and give me peace of mind. But I realized it doesn’t use wifi which means the monitor needs to be relatively close to the camera. This would work if my dad lived with me but he doesn’t. It’s only for an aging parent in the same house who can’t really speak up and yell for help. Instead this is better used as a baby monitor. However, I did go through the steps to set it up. It was really easy to set up and comes with everything necessary to hook it up including a plug-in brick which normally isn’t included in a lot of electronics I’ve gotten. Even the charger for the monitor has a USB and brick included. I like the handheld monitor although it doesn’t do great at night, but it’s better than other cameras I’ve seen. I haven’t had any connectivity issues and it picks up sound as well as video very well. The remote with call buttons would be helpful if needed but we didn’t use it. It’s a good quality and the charge on the monitor holds for a long time. The camera is constantly plugged in so it doesn’t need to be charged.

great camera quality and easy to use.
I love this product. I use it to check in on my fur baby when we are not home. He has anxiety and I can make sure he is ok when we have to go out.

Works great! Has 2-way talk and alerts!
Overall I like this. I will say that the single camera only makes sense if your person is immobile or mostly sedentary, but you still have the alerts and 2-way talk features regardless. For my situation, where my mom is still mobile but needs some assistance at times, I need a multi-camera system to truly keep an eye out.Pros:- Easy to setup and use- Decent range and connectivity- Ability to talk is nice- Picture quality is good for the sizeCons:- Only 1 camera. I would prefer a kit with more cameras and the ability to toggle cameras.

Nice monitor, for babies of all ages, and for other monitoring tasks.
I’ve had some baby monitors before, and others, but this one is particularly good for both babies, and elderly. In a pinch it can be kind of security camera or a pet monitor as well. The thing come well packaged and with a lot of accessories you don’t always get. For instance, it has not none, not one, but two USB transformer plug ins. Often today you don’t even get one as they assume you have one or another USB power source like a computer or power bank. I have over a dozen USB cables and maybe only two or three of these power transformers plug ins. It does say to only use they systems versions, of the transformer plugs, but they would seem to be a standard A connector for the two included A to C cables. The camera is a direct pug in as far as I can tell it has no internal battery. It does have a small antenna. Picture is relatively clean, and it auto shifts to infrared for night vision in the dark. The handheld monitor does have its own battery and when on holds about an 11 hour charge as per the literature. It has two-way communication with the camera and will receive images and canned voice messages from the alert clicker. Four common request buttons on the front and an SOS button on the backside. It’s powered by a common 2032 button battery, and one is included, but they are cheap and easy to find.Camera comes with wall mounting equipment and will adjust the angle to view the person you’re monitoring. My folks have passed so I’ve not the best use for this at the moment, but it does serve as a monitor on my back porch area to see how the animals running around my yard are doing. Plus, communicate with someone working out there as I keep a lot of my lawncare and other tools on some shelves in the back porch area. I do see where this would have been great for monitoring my late mother as she was not very mobile in her later years. Although she liked to yell for help a lot even when not necessary, so I’m not sure I’d have given he the clicker. Recommended.

Easy to install, clear picture and sound
This is a good quality camera system that is easy to install and get up and running. The remote with call buttons is especially helpful if your loved one can’t yell and needs help. The picture and sound are both clear. I was impressed with how long the monitor held a charge too. This whole system has brought me peace of mind knowing I can see my loved one anytime I need to.

Camera and monitor
This is a pretty compact set up. The monitor is small and the camera is as well. (My 5 year old held the monitor for my pictures, so keep in mind those are child hands holding it, it is not actually huge). I’m not sure about battery life as I just keep this plugged in at my computer for using while I am working. The image has been clear and sound is good. The volume is able to be adjusted pretty easily. Picture is bright enough for me to see, even when the camera is in a dark room.Works well and has enough features for me. I don’t need something fancy, and this has worked great for us.
