I was excited to purchase the TENS 7000 Rechargeable after reading many positive reviews. However, my excitement was short-lived when the unit failed after just one week of use.The unit worked great at first. I used it to relieve pain in my back and neck. The intensity levels were easy to adjust, and the controls were user-friendly. However, after one week, the screen went blank and the unit would no longer turn on.However, I’m concerned that the failure rate for this unit is high. I read many reviews before purchasing, and many people reported that their units failed after a short period of time. I’m not sure if this is a design flaw or a manufacturing defect, but it’s something that potential buyers should be aware of.Overall, I’m disappointed with the TENS 7000 Rechargeable. It’s a nice unit when it works, but the failure rate is too high. Don’t throw away due to white screen !
I have severe pain due to hip, knee and spine issues but taking non- stop pain meds weren’t helping. I ordered the battery powered unit and it allowed me to at least function but I was going through a lot of batteries. I spotted the rechargeable unit and ordered it to use primarily while keeping the battery as a back-up. I began using the rechargeable when I encountered the dreaded white screen. I honestly don’t recall the exact circumstances other than trying to change a setting and the screen turned white. I tried turning on and off…no change, plugging it in (it did show that the battery wasn’t fully charged)…no change, turned it off and on lost track of whether it was indeed on or off as the screen didn’t change. I was frustrated but needed relief so ordered another one. I then put the unit, in what I hoped was in the on position, on the shelf and decided that maybe it needed to completely discharge as another customer had suggested. I left it alone for two days “discharging”. On the third day, I think I turned it on and the white screen was gone and the normal screen in its place. I then plugged it in to recharge and have been using it for the last three days without problem. It works just as it did before. I now have three units…two rechargeable and a battery user. The new rechargeable will go to my son for his knee pain. Don’t throw away your” white screen” unit until you at least try letting it discharge and then charge, it’s worth a try at least.

Disappointed in product not lasting – Customer Service is outstanding
This product is a rechargeable unit which initially worked perfectly then quit. It comes on, screen lights up, but is blank and doesn’t work. Charged it but still does not work. It only lasted 5 days after the Amazon 30 day return policy had expired. Would like to request a replacement but unable to speak with anyone. Very disappointed, especially since my therapist recommended this product.Review update – I reached out to the company. They were very prompt in responding and resolving my issue. Had to forward some additional information and they are shipping me a replacement. If rated on customer service a 5, but because the unit didn’t last very long, I moved it from a1 to a 3.

The Machine in less than a month is NOT WORKING. On the first day I charged it to full battery and commenced using it. Love it, it’s the only pain relief I get. I charged for a 2nd time excited to keep using it. DEAD COMPLETELY.I have registered it for a refund, and as soon as I can get to the post office it will go back for a refund.It’s an inconvenient process just so it can be disposed of….. but it did make me reconsider buying the same one again, and to be honest I couldn’t wait for the extensive refund process to buy another.

Battery dead after 1 year.

the sticky pad included is note sealed; its already open and has signs of usage. only 1 cable is in the package and the container box included has missing parts. please check before shipping the item and please take note of my request for a refund.
