Durable and works well!!
Great product-I bought the 11”x14.5”one four years ago-it is still in perfect shape after many uses-no signs of wear or leaking at all and it has been thawed and frozen many times. I use it for neck/back pain-I am 5’3” and it covers most of the length of my spine. I just bought the 7”x12” for my neck-perfect size for that use. If you just need one for your neck or a smaller area I would go with the smaller size-you can fold the larger one-it is segmented into three sections, but that makes it bulky. I looked at cheaper ones but since the first one has lasted so long I went with this brand again. It stays cold for a decently long time-at least 20 minutes and I have heard you should not apply a cold pack any longer than that anyways. Well-made and durable-I highly recommend this product!

Absolutely a must for all kinds of injuries. It gives ample ice space. These are fantastic for ankle injuries when you need to warp around your entire foot/ ankle area! Bought theses for “after knee surgery”, it worked great and the ice lasts longer.

Gigantic cold relief!
These get really cold. I have to wrap them in a bath towel or get, as the warning says, I get frost bite. They are clean, flexible, extremely large, and a fantastic relief from pain momentarily.

I LOVE this ice pack. I used it for recovery from shingles for a month and was so relieved by how it wrapped around my side to cover all the problem areas in a way none of my other ice packs could.It stayed cold for HOURS. The gel and material was amazing quality and a great value for the price.Very thankful for this product. The purple color was a nice touch ☺️

6+ years and this Ice Pak is the best value ever!
I have been using my gel ice pack for six years, and it remains in excellent condition. I make it a habit to keep it in the freezer when not in use, and I always place it in a pillowcase rather than applying it directly to my skin. I’ve never microwaved it, as I prefer to use my large heating pad for warmth. Perhaps this careful handling has contributed to its longevity.I truly appreciate this large gel ice pack. It’s been helpful for my grandchildren’s injuries, as well as my own neck and back pain. It was especially beneficial during my recovery from shoulder surgery, as it wraps comfortably around any area of the body.Just last night, I ordered another one for my daughter at 6 PM, and it arrived at my daughter’s door by 9 AM. She experiences severe migraine headaches and swelling in the back of her neck, so this will provide her with much-needed relief. This gel pack is impressive in its durability and definitely offers great value for the money!

A life saver
An excellent cold pack for my back issues. I haven’t used it for heat but it holds the cold for a significant amount of time. You should cover this when using it as an ice pack to prevent frost nip. I found this out the 1st time I used it.Just the right size for my lower back and shoulder. I have been using it for a year now and it is holding up like new. It lives in my freezer for those bad days when I need Pain relief. Shrinks the inflammation fast for me while numbing out the area. Best I’ve ever used, worth the investment IMHO

Size is perfect for the purpose it was purchased. Serves the purpose and works as expected. One observation is that the the pad is partitioned in to three segments. But it’s not a firm partition. The gel does not seem to get equally spread.

A very robust package, and highly recommended by this writer for pain and soreness relief following hip replacement surgery. This second replacement is having much slower recovery than my first (Feb 22). The package is large allowing good wraparound, and stays very cold long enough for it to be relocated up and down the thigh, front and rear, for up to an hour, after which time it is still very cold. If you have had hip surgery, or anticipating it, get this package. You’ll be pleased you did.

I ordered these ice/heat pads in preparation for an upcoming hip surgery. Although I have not used them yet for this particular reason, I have tried them out to relieve the discomfort I have now. These are really nice to use. They stay in place and cover a large area. This is important for me post-op. They remained cold for quite some time, however, I did not keep track of the actual time. They lie flat on a freezer shelf making it easy to use. They can be stacked in the freezer one on top of the other. I purchased one, then liked it so much, I ordered a second one. The fabric is very sturdy so I am anticipating good, long time use of them. I hope this is useful for you.
