    Independence is important
These products are well made adaptive equipment for people who need special utensils to maintain their independence with self feeding.

    Great for arthritic hands
If you have an elderly loved one who struggles with eating utensils, buy these. Make their life a tiny bit easier. Don’t wait. They are made to be held in a fist as shown in the photo. The angle is ideal for people who already hold utensils in this manner due to limited mobility in the fingers.

    Easy to use lol
The utensils are a good fit for a right handed person with Parkinson’s. My husband can finally get the majority of his meal down. It’s been so hard to watch him try to eat with straight utensils and drop most his meal. I recommend these highly.

    Very helpful
I got these for my mom who had a stroke 2 yrs ago. She was right handed and now has to be left handed. She was doing really well attempting to eat but after awhile I saw frustration. These have made a difference in the amount of food that actually gets to her mouth! She’s still “ learning “ not to bend her wrist just move towards her mouth. They are light weight, sturdy, the nubs on the side give her a spot to put her fingers so they’re not slippery .

    Practical
As my mother’s nurse and care provider I discovered she was having dexterity issues and was resolved with the use of these modified self feeding utensils.

    Nice spoon for shaking hands
Found these spoon fork with silicon covered handle for my mom, whose hands experiencing shaking. It’s hard for her to use regular spoon fork as they are slippery. These really help my mom very much. Would recommend for someone who has shaking hands.
