A bargain for peace of mind.
A very cool ring at an absolute bargain price in comparison to other manufacturers. The BP reading was a little off in relation to a more accurate BP cuff. After a few adjustments in the app I was able to get it within 5%. Very interesting device. The sleep readings seem accurate too. Very satisfied so far!

Inaccurate
I am going to give it a day or two, but the one item I bought it for is wildly inaccurate.Update: there is calibration setting that you can set to what some other device gives you. Then you can add or remove points until the next measurement is close. Still not happy. Glad it was not expensive.

An affordable smart ring!
The Smart ring by Biemha-US is just what I was looking for. An affordable ring without a subscription fee for the app. The user manual was lacking in some detail, but I was able to get the support with AI and soon got the ring paired with my phone. It is comfortable. It’s tracking just as I’d hoped!

Love this!
I know none of these devices are super accurate but I was looking for an alternative to my Apple Watch. I don’t wear my watch while lounging around at home or even when I’m working from home so my steps weren’t being counted and I wanted to start keeping up with that metric. I was looking at the more expensive rings and I just didn’t want to spend that much on something that I wanted mainly for the pedometer. I’m glad I grabbed this on Prime Day, it monitors Sp02 (which as an asthmatic is so important), blood pressure, and heart rate and I’ve found these metrics to be pretty accurate. The app is simple and easy to navigate, it works with Apple Health too. It feels durable, I’ve managed not to scratch it and I’m glad I listened to reviewers who said to size up. I went up one size and it fits perfectly. Also, I like how hard it is to move the needle on “steps” I can’t just scroll on my phone and get steps counted there has to be 35+ movements within a period of time for the device to start counting steps. I’d rather there be an undercount vs an overcount. Highly recommend.

Not working well.
I really wanted to like it but it doesn’t count steps well at all. I work from home and have the treadmill walker under my desk. It didn’t count well rather going .5 or 3 MPH. cheating me out of a lot of steps. 10 minutes will go by and it’s not counting. Phone I use is Galaxy Z Fold 7.

Doesn’t work
Heart rate was not accurate, nor was the sleep tracker. Did not work, we were disappointed.

Not worth it
I was hoping this would be better than the other 2 I tried. Second day after charging it disappeared from app amd and would not pair. 2nd complaint it it only offers very limited data, and did not track my steps accurately. Don’t waste your money.
