Amazing transmitter range
This is the second alert system we have purchased and I am amazed at the difference. The first set we had for over a year. It plugged into the wall and the range was horrible. I live in a 1900sq ft home and not only does this receiver work in every room, it works outside from the furthest corners of my property which is 3/4 acre. We charged both receivers when we first got them over a week ago and the batteries have not run down yet. This gives me freedom to go outside to tend to yardwork and know that if my mother in law needs me I am just a button push away.

Needs at least one more settings option but overall a decent and affordable product
it does everything it says and does it well. but i do have a couple issues with it.first off, it’s louder than i wanted even on it’s lowest volume, which isn’t necessarily bad but may be louder than you want. of course you also have the option of using a mode without sound.second, i wanted just to have the light flash when i’m at my desk, but there is no option that lets you have just the lights without the vibration function. the vibration function is strong and that’s good. but if you just want lights with no sound or vibration, you may be disappointed.however, you can do what i did and open it up, tape a cotton ball on the speaker and cut the wires to the rumbler inside (i really have no use for the vibration feature). just remember that this will pretty much void any warranty and the company certainly wouldn’t recommend this.overall, it’s affordable, does it’s job, seems to have a good range of distance and the battery hasn’t needed another charge since i purchased this about 3 months ago.

Easy for my mother to use.
This has been an absolute peace of mind. I am able to get so many other things done knowing my mom (who is immobile) can call me easily if needed. Great battery life, so many sounds to choose from, very durable. I’ve dropped it dozens of times and it is still working great.

Wonderful
Easy to use, can be worn around the neck on a lanyard, different volumes, unbelievable choices in the alarms. We have it set on one of the louder settings because the house is 4 bedroom. It can be heard anywhere. I recommend this highly. Whether it’s for illness, injury or the elderly. So happy we found this.
