Super helpful for reading and similar tasks
Bought this for my grandma who has low vision and struggles with reading small print. This magnifying glass is actually way better than I expected. The 10X magnification is super clear, and the light helps a ton when the room is dim. The gooseneck arm is flexible so you can angle it just right. Great for reading full book pages or even doing little repairs and sewing stuff. She uses it hands-free which makes it even more convenient. Definitely a solid tool if you or someone you know needs help seeing fine details.

Scratches easily, hard to clean, doesn’t feel like 10x
It is advertised at 10x but it feels more like 5. The light and neck piece works great. Easy for me to put together and use to spite the information page didn’t include instructions but my 86 yo dad could not figure it out. The lens scratches easily and due to the grooves it is hard to clean even with a proper lens wipe. I’m returning.
