This ice pack is a life saver at the end of my work shift each evening. I’ve recently been experiencing lumbar pain/ache/fatigue and this, coupled with ibuprofen, really works wonders for me. It’s very soothing after chiropractic adjustments as well.I love that there are 2 ice packs so even if you forget to put it back in the freezer, you’re not stuck in a lurch the next day. It stays cold for a solid 30 minutes and is quite versatile. It could be used to ice other body parts as well. It’s well constructed and decently priced. 10/10 would buy again.

Great Product
Have to give a shout out for this product. I recently received my 2nd one because I accidentally left my other one at my sister’s house when visiting. I’ve had a lot of back problems for years and this product is by far the best and my very favorite aid for my pain issues. It is very versatile and stays cold from the freezer for quite a long time, much longer than other products I’ve purchased. I think the price is more than fair, you won’t be sorry you ordered it!

This is a great product however it is for VERY THIN people only if using around your waist. Pictures and video make it look larger than it is.

I’d like to give it 3.5 stars, as it’s good, but not a solid 4 from my view.I like the idea that I could wear a heated gel pack, rather than trying to sit awkwardly on a loose on. Initially I was very impressed. That was until one of the gel packs started to leak after only two uses. Fine, I can live with one, as I’d only use this for heat, and dont need a spare in the freezer.What could have also made this better would have been that the inner lining between you and the gel pack, were a bit thicker or solid. It’s just a mesh, and if you use this when not wearing a shirt (or hiked up shorts), it’s not comfortable against your skin.The gel packs also dont seem to retain heat very long. I have some cheap gel packs that stay warmer far longer.Very nice idea, executed fairly OK, but for the money, I think perhaps not work it.Might be best for those who want to gel pack while walking around. But if your sitting, regular gel packs seem to be just as effective.
