Works well but wish it came with instructions or a guide
The tool itself works well and is easy to use. The mechanics are rather self-explanatory.That said, I wish it came with instructions on braille itself, or at least a chart of what the alphabet is? It would have also been nice to include instructions because it seems like you have to punch in the braille and then flip it over to read it? So you have to be careful with the direction of the reading and letters. I wanted this to teach my kids about braille and let them create their own passages but it was more difficult than anticipated to compensate for the fact that the creating or it and the reading of it are two different directions.

This is really fun. My daughter has been interested in learning braille, and this is a great practice tool. She found all the info needed online and this is relatively easy to use. Sometimes the spots aren’t quite obvious, but with some practice we’ve gotten the hang of it. A good inexpensive tool to help learn braille.
