Stylish Safety with Excellent Grip

Very sturdy
I put this near my shower to hold on to while getting out. Looks great and very secure. Just make sure it is attached to a 2×4 or use really good anchors.

Great product, but plastic wall anchors which are not sturdy
The design of these grab bars is excellent. My wife has scoliosis and Alzheimer’s. She is a fall risk. These bars can be installed in many places where she needs to hold on. The pattern made on the middle of the bar prevents the hand from simply sliding when under weight. The number of screws are perfect but the plastic anchors, in my opinion, are not. I cannot imagine how they can hold the weight of a person grabbing as they lose their balance.Specifically, after putting them in the holes as per the instructions, two simply broke when I was driving in the screws. Another was able to be pulled out of the wall. I replaced them with metal molly wall anchors, specifically, 9mm x 3.5″. These work perfectly and hold well. I am over 200 lbs and pulled on them to ensure they could hold. They did not budge.I ordered more to continue placing in essential places. The plastic wall anchors are my only disappointment with these products. Considering the price was (for me) good for the bars, themselves, I did not have a problem with a little extra cost for premium wall anchors. But I think the company could do this themselves. Plastic wall anchors for this type of need are not the answer.I would recommend considering these.

Very safe bar
I had Handy Man install this bar on a single step from my breakfast room to my den after I had surgery. What a great grab bar, and Handy Man knew it was rated to over 200 lbs and what to install it with to secure it. Probably don’t need it now, but I’m older so wisdom tells me to use it.

A little slim but stylish and functional
I didn’t realize how slim it was until I opened it. I have no complaints about the device. The installation was very simple. It does have a checkered grip area to reduce slipping. The size is appropriate for my shower application. The material seems to be of good quality which will definitely increase the performance and safety of the user. I mounted mine at a fairly steep angle to accommodate my physical condition. It has performed well thus far.
