Love it!
Very soft and pleasant to the body, smells great, blocks light well. There are two replaceable pads – one with flax seeds for a warm effect, the other – gel for cooling (now in my refrigerator). The mask with seeds has a weighting effect, in moderation, does not press and is very pleasant. Even my children liked it! I was also very pleased with the gift – a silk mask with earplugs and a silk bag for all this! This product is worth it a thousand times! I recommended it to my friends!

Just what’s needed
This is just what I needed for my red, itchy eyelids (not mites). I warmed it in the microwave for 25 seconds and it was perfect. It feels great.It is, however, very difficult to take the heat pack out of the outer mask and put it back in, so I just left it in its cover and it microwaved just fine.The ice pack is just a plus.

Very nice! As hoped for! I bought the same kind of microwavable heated eye mask 2-3years ago and still using the second one in a 2-pack. It’s no longer available here, so I looked for the same kind and found this. It comes with both a cold and heat pack which I thought was nice. Because I just put a jade roller in the fridge for my eyes, but it doesn’t retain the cold for long. I think it’s a good bang for your buck, it coming with both. I always take out the flaxseed bag for microwaving. I don’t microwave with it in the holder- holder can burn, it’s polyester. I have microwaved mine for 20s. There’s usually moisture from the flax seed I think- not actually sure where it comes from, but it could only be either that or the essential oils, esp it’s new. I find from my old one that this goes away after three of you said a few times, especially if you’ve been using it for a few months regularly. Anyway, I did wish they had a 2 pack of the flaxseed bag too, but this is a fair price for this set!

Powerful scent
This eye mask is good quality and I really like that it came with both hot and cold compress. At first I liked the smell but after a couple uses the smell just becomes over powering and I am sick of it. It is very perfumey. Even when you swap out the heat pack for the cold pack the smell is still embedded in the cover and it will make your face smell too and it just lingers. I am not really very sensitive to smells but the volume of this one just becomes overwhelming for me. I think I will try washing the covering to get the smell out and maybe purchase another heat pack I can use without a smell. I am tired of this one. Everytime I get it out the smell just over powers me.

Nice and thick. When heated its awesome and when the cooling pad is in it doesn’t get super cold. Smells like strong lavender. The seeds do spill out occasionally if you turn it wrong.
