Great for cold therapy, although short duration.As for hot, directions call to microwave for 30 seconds, and that makes the sock so hot you can’t use it

My Storm has Calmed
This has been awesome. I cannot stand ice cold compress this stays freezing cold for as long as I can stand it LoL. I am getting over a gout flare up so my big toe area and shaft has been tender. I put this on and wore it over 20 mins and was able to walk without dragging my foot. I can move my toe and do flex exercises. This is only day one. I let the sleeve freeze over night only because I fell asleep when it arrived yesterday afternoon. I woke up and put it on. I let it freeze again for 3 hrs and I have it back on. I was worried it wouldn’t fit, but it does. It is comfortable and not stiff when it is frozen. The material used is soothing. After the initial frozen feeling has faded the material remains cold. So I would say the therapy is about 20 mins. Just about all I can stand. Thank you I am enjoying this product perfect for me.
